This store is ridiculous. They refuse to answer questions about their inventory on the phone, so I drove to them, and was told they don’t stock the device I wanted at all. Service was extremely unsatisfactory.

Back on 01/21/2024, I accompanied my mom to this AT&T store to purchase a higher-level I-Phone. It was there that I met the two associates, Jamal Johnson and Ztevion LeBlanc. Jamal examined my mom’s phone, confirmed that it was still working extremely well, and informed her that she didn’t need a new phone. In other words, he didn’t want to sell her on something she truly didn’t need. I was COMPLETELY SHOCKED at this level of integrity. (I would also like to point out that Ztevion seems to be someone who is “still learning the ropes” from Jamal, but I was nonetheless EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with his attitude and level of agreement with Jamal’s thought process and approach on this issue.) Finally, I would like to inform anybody and everybody that if you need a new phone, you should ignore all the other competition and sales consultants out there and march right into this store and work with Jamal and Ztevion. These 2 individuals are just…flat out…GREAT MEN!!! Thank you, Jamal and Ztevion, and May God Bless you both Way Too Much!!! Sincerely, Buz Gesser

Associates are great, but the manager Colby has the worst customer service, was given the wrong amount on a trade in and he was supposed to fix it, been giving me the run around for months, is always conveniently in a meeting when I call or show up, been nothing but issues since day one switching to att.

Went there today for a replacement phone for my wife. Her battery was swelling and pushing the screen off of the phone. Two guys working, we got the manager, he told us we would have to call for insurance claim or he could sell us a phone (managers get paid off of sales). He told us to take a seat. When he called us up he took a phone call and walked to the back. Luckily, another employee, not a manager, walked in. Shout out Jalen, helped us file a claim and phone will be here tomorrow. That’s simple, but manager made it seem so difficult. Why are we paying worse people more than good people? Get this man a raise and promotion. That is the people that make a company better corporate!*Side note never saw the manager, ALEX, again. He left us there…?
