“Best place in cajun country to get tires. I've been going to them for 20 years. Never disappointed. They are extremely limited on the used tires they get because they only accept top quality used tires. Unlike other places they do not cut new grooves into the used tires to make them look better than they do. This is why their used tire selection is very limited. A lot of places will show you used tires that look almost new but I guarantee you they most likely cut new grooves into them. Go look it up on YouTube. It's extremely common and probably illegal. It's not easy getting good used tires”

“I was given a price to change all 4 break pads. Then the price doubled being told both rear calipers where locking up. I was upset as I thought I was being ripped off. Once I arrived and inspected the part. Sure enough it was in need of replacement. I pissed the old man off by not trusting him. He had integrity! He was honest! I eneded up taking home to fix myself. Happy I found an honest repair shop! Sad I pissed them off. Sorry guys! Long story short. They will tell you what's wrong and fix it. If you want partial work they will send you home, as they should.”

“On May 26, 2023 my wife and I met with Colton Brown at LeBlanc Honda to view and test drive a new 2023 Honda Passport Elite. Colton was very pleasant to deal with and introduced us to the dealership's Finance & Insurance guy, Jordy. Our test drive went very well and we were willing to make a deal. The used car manager gave us an excellent trade-in quote, which we readily accepted. We signed the papers on the 26th and picked up the car on the 27th. “I have been coming here for over 10 years. Since I was a young 24 year old girl attending ULL with no family in town. They have had many opportunities to “pull one over” on me. But they have been nothing but transparent and honest. Through the 3 different vehicles I have own and many different repairs they have been amazing. Even when young and naive they would take the extra time to go over repairs, show me personally where the repairs were needed and why. There were also many times they would explain/show me where issues were beginning and explain they don’t need to be fixed today but will need to be in the future. They have always been soo patient with me. I like to understand what’s wrong with my car and how I can take care of it and they have never made me feel like a burden or nuisance for asking questions. The ladies at the front desk have alway been soo kind as well.”

“Went there with a custom exhaust modification on a sports car. I ran into a problem removing the factory cross pipe by shearing off the studs mounting the cross pipe to the catalytic converter. Robert was able to drill out the broken studs, re-tap the threads in the cat flange, and install new studs to get me back on task. The shop is well organized and Robert is easy to deal with. I greatly appreciate him helping me out in a bind. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Didn’t take long at all(hour 20). They did a dual muffler delete on my 2012 Toyota Avalon. Also got some nice exhaust tips welded on to go along with it. $260 in total(100 each muffler, 30 each tip). Great pricing, great time, great service, cool guys.”

“Had my rack and pinion changed on my car n it was ready in approximately 4 hours. Reasonable pricing & they also hear the customer out. Great job yall this is my 2nd time visiting this shop and they got the job done both times in a timely way. The first time I had my rack and pinion changed there but oreilly sold me a faulty part so in that case it’s not the mechanics fault. But like I said, CHARLIES get the job done & will be hearing from me again if anything too major for me to handle.”
