The staff inside the bank and at the drive thru are very courteous and professional. The service is very fast and accurate. The New Iberia Bank has top notch service.

I had a auto pay pending for credit card. I also used my rewards points so that was pending. After those payments went threw in a couple days I paid 2,875. Paid card in full. Still was hit with a late fee. Not happy with what's in my wallet and will be replacing what's in my wallet very soon if this isn't fixed.
