This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. There's allot of automation. Even if you come in they still gotta call people or direct you to the app. They can tie up your money easily then it's hard to get to it. Nothing against the people inside of it they're very nice; but they're unable to help you even if they really want to and try. Just it's policies are ridiculous. Don't put your money here. Your better off at anywhere else. I'd recommend you keep your money under the mattress rather than this place.

ATM’s always broken. And when I opened new account the ATM card is shows up as invalid card. ATM only accepts cards with raised numbers. It’s getting to be more trouble to keep this bank than to go through trouble of changing.

I am a business owner in Louisiana and have used Capital One for more than 10 years. Recently we inquired to open an additional credit card for one of our companies. We went to the bank as usual and asked to get this process started with our local representative. We were referred to a bank person we know and they took our phone and connected it to the wifi. We were then told to fill out the online application on the phone while standing in line. The response was within 60 seconds and a resounding "NO". We were very frustrated with the process and knowing we run over $750K a year through this particular account we assumed to get better than normal attention. The agent told us to wait a 10 days for the rejection letter and then call them. I thought by returning to the bank in person to discuss the rejection was the process but "no" again we were rerouted to a 35 min hold on our cell phone to discuss with some agent at Capital One online.This process is a waste of our time, money and effort notwithstanding our proactive approach to have some level of personal interaction.I guess all the marketing, commercials and salesman like media of Capital One is in reality a waste of time and a joke of reality banking.We are considering moving all corporate accounts because of this issue.Disappointed, angry and will not waste time againBusiness President and officer---signed

This branch does not have a public restroom; They wouldn't let me use it once when I was in a hurry. I had to go next door to Raising Cane Restaurant!
