This is the sorriest excuse for a pharmacy I have ever experienced. I have had nothing but issues getting prescriptions on a monthly basis since I was forced to use cvs as a pharmacy through insurance. It takes a week or more to get a refill and that’s after calling every other day to find out the status and why it hasn’t changed for them to do the next step in the process. Just yesterday I checked on a prescription that was sent for refill last week. I went yesterday to check on it and they told me they had put it on hold but could not give me any reason as to why. They told me it would be ready in an hour. I came back today to get the prescription. I waited close to an hour in line and then was told it still was not ready but I could go back around and get back in line. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!

Very poor service with the automated recording. tried different times today March 12, 2021 and never could get past that recording. Only way I could finally get through was to do like I was calling from a doctor's office. Otherwise I would have had to go to CVS to refill my meds. I will complain to Silverscript. Seems like they could do better than to give us a pharmacy that can't provide a service to refill your meds over the phone. After all we are still paying for this.
