This place discriminatory towards lower class citizens. And those with Mental Disorders. I tried multiple pharmacies and my meds are on back supply nearly everywhere except this place but they won’t fill it because I’m not a “established patient” even after I offered to have all of my prescriptions transferred there that shill wasn’t good enough for these stuck up snobs. Maybe if I had went in with a 10k smile and dressed in a suit they would have treated me differently rather than being treated like the Garbage not good enough for their store.

Do not use this pharmacy they pick and choose who they are going to have for their patients, there is an Adderall shortage in the United States, and they are choosing who are they going to fill scripts for

Unorganized, all our medicines are never filled correctly. They hardly answer the phone they talk like they are being bothered. I don't get my messages on our refills. Very dissatisfied

Completely incompetent. They filled my Mom's monthly PakMyMeds wrong 3 months in a row. A different mistake each time, and the prescription had not changed. The last month we tried the PakMyMeds box, I called in a week before the end of the month to ask for it to be refilled, called again a few days later to check if it was ready, and still when the new month started the box was not ready until two days later. We call in prescriptions and ask for them to be delivered and they don't get put out for delivery. We call in other prescriptions and say we need them right away so we will come pick them up, and they get put out for delivery and we can't get them till the next day. Address changes don't get updated, phone messages don't get passed along correctly. We've been with them for many years, been through some problems when they changed ownership, but this is it. No more.

I greatly appreciate the staff here. They are friendly & helpful whenever I call. They also do delivery, which can be convenient at times. It's a friendly, family owned business that I'd much rather give my business over larger businesses & corporations who offer impersonal & impatient service in regards to your needed medications.

My family has used Delaunes Pharmacy for as long as I could remember or probably even walk!They are basically everyone in the communities family. They are patient and they are always willing to comfort and answer questions. The Pharmacists here are amazing and I wouldn't want to put my trust into anyone else to refill and do my medicine for me or my family.Thank you for your service to the community.

Gosh, I've been dealing with Delaunes for 40 yrs. Great customer service. My mom was on Hospice and they always made sure she had her meds on time. Even if it meant Denny delivering to us on his way home in the evening. So appreciate them. Thank you Delaunes
