Not many Dollar General's have I gone to that have had employees that are very friendly as this one. They are simply wonderful, and very helpful.

I had one of the worst store experiences I’ve had in a long time at this location.
Several items were clearly stocked in bulk under a certain price label. When I asked for help confirming the correct price, instead of actually assisting, I was met with attitude and excuses. One employee in particular was very dismissive in both tone and body language, which immediately made the situation uncomfortable.
When I simply asked for the price to be checked, I was told “What do you want me to do?” — which is odd considering that’s part of providing customer service.
One employee remained somewhat calm, but the other became loud, dismissive, and escalated the situation instead of resolving it. Instead of helping, they started removing items and brushing me off.
I also asked about speaking to management and was told the district manager wouldn’t override anything anyway — which is extremely unprofessional to say to a customer.
I drove from Texas to Louisiana and chose this location. That was a mistake.
This store badly needs a refresher on customer service and communication.
There’s a right way to talk to people — and this just wasn’t it.
There’s a difference between doing your job and taking things personal — and that difference clearly needs to be learned here.

Tasha, kayala,courtlyn,Courtney, lindsy were amazing and very helpful. This is one of the most cleanest store I have been to organized and very helpful people. Highly recommended

great store, very clean and friendly workers who go out their way to help customers. ? ? to Natasha,kristi, and Katie 3 wonderful lady's thats always have a smile and is willing to help. always greeting when ppl walk inside....?

This is our newest Dollar General in New Iberia. Its always so neat and clean. I love the beautiful gifts they sell. Flower arrangements. Ect. Nice , large selection. Same great prices. And, all the clerks are wonderful, helpful, friendly, very professional. They keep the store shelves always neat and orderly. I now go to only that Dollar General.

No lysol sprays the trucks come and they said no but I know they do I got some from the back they not putting them out they keeping for there family
