I just left this location and I was highly disappointed! I went into the store for a case of water and a few bags of chips. After looking around for a bit, I grabbed the water and chips and walked up to the only cashier available. She, however, was in the middle of a long conversation with who seemed to be one of her BFFs. I stood there with the heavy case of water for several minutes. A kind guy that worked there told me to just put the case of water on the counter because he could tell that it was heavy. I attempted to do this, but the visiting customer did not even attempt to scoot over nor did the cashier provide any assistance in asking her friend to move over. So... I continued to wait behind the visiting customer. Another cashier then opened her register and asked for the next customer in line, but did nothing when the lady BEHIND me moved to it immediately. I finally got frustrated enough and moved to the other register. As I'm checking out, the kind gentleman that was working there was waiting for me so that he could carry the case of water out to my car. On the walk to the car he was ranting to me that this situation happens frequently and apologizing that I had to experience that. This review is not to give a negative rating on the cleanliness, organization, or service of all of the other workers. However, I just got stuck with a cashier or two who did not care to provide appropriate service to all customers. I wish I had caught the names of the cashiers, but I didn't think of it at the time. I just hope that they don't assist you when you stop at this On the Run location next time.
