The customer service at Enterprise was excellent. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. The rental car was nice and comfortable no problems at all. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.

I booked through Enterprise online for the Berwick location just as I had with no issues last week in New Iberia, LA. There were no cars to be found in a 50 mile radius but Berwick, LA had one exactly like we needed. Actually they listed a few cars available. I rented the Sub compact SUV line and talked my wife and daughter into making the two hour round trip to get it. When they arrived there was zero vehicles available. All the attendant had to say was that we should have called to confirm. We told him we did when we booked it online. He said that the idiots in the cloud have no idea what is actually on the lots and there was nothing he could do but offer the advice to call and verify next time. Instead of losing my mind on him or your customer service, here is my statement. I will not have any issue calling in advance because there will never be a next time.Ticked off Dad!

I was with a friend returning a rental.There was a very nice lady named Hailey there.Also saw the other employees moving and shaking. Parking vehicles, checking for cleanliness, etc. The parking situation could be better however, they are utilizing the space they have well.

They are great in all areas except answering the phones. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly call for hours and press the appropriate buttons each time, then listen to there advertisements and finally hear the fax pickup before being hung up on. This happens for hours before anyone ever answers. Sometimes I’m switched to the Lafayette number and they say they can’t transfer me.

Someone Tboned me so their insurance coverd for a rental. The 1st rental something flew up and smashed the windshield. So I had to get another rental. I had Malik. Every convo with the manager and him. Were fast, smooth and they worked with me the whole way and made everything seriously so simple and stress free. DEFINITELY recommend this one in New iberia la.

Needed a rental for a total of 5 days while my vehicle was in the shop. The morning I picked up the vehicle, the process was so smooth & fast. Reggie was professional & so down to Earth. The Toyota he put me in was very clean. The only mistake I made was getting into an SUV because now I’m ready to trade my vehicle in for something bigger. Lol. Had a great experience here & would highly recommend!

My car was scheduled to go into the repair shop a week ago due to a wreck I was in months ago. I called the insurance company that was taking care of the rental & notified them I would need the rental in 1 week for the duration of the repair. They said no problem, we'll set you up with a rental from the New Iberia, LA Enterprise. I was told if I don't hear from Enterprise by the next day to call them. No problem. I receive a call Enterprise ten minutes later. They lady was very nice, confirmed all the rental info, & informed to bring drivers license, proof of insurance, etc. Then she gave me a confirmation number & told me to be sure I have that info when picking up the vehicle. Great, I'm all set. I showed up today, which was the scheduled date of pick up, & I was told that "the confirmation number doesn't guarantee me a vehicle". The number given was from the reservation department, not their location. Are you serious!! So, there are no vehicles available in the approved price per day rate. I would have to get the insurance company to approve a higher rate, or pay out of pocket. Had to make arrangements to get to work until I hear back from the insurance company. What a joke.
