Had a great experience buying my new Sportage! Everyone was so helpful and they worked hard to get me the best price. They delivered my vehicle to me, 2 1/2 hours away! They even came back a couple weeks later to pick it up so they could make sure everything’s perfect. AND, I was left with a vehicle to drive in the meantime. Highly recommend using Leblanc Kia if you're looking for a new or used vehicle!

I am out of state (but would have had no problem driving to pick it up if the pricing was right) and incurred about a couple vehicles they had listed. For some reason they wouldn't provide any quotes for me. Not sure if they advertise one price and actually sell them at another price, but I found it very odd. I ended up buying the vehicle out of state regardless (with a dealership that would provide me pricing) and had no problem driving the distance to get it picked up.

I did an inquiry on a telluride late last night. I woke up to a text from Brandi. And by the end of the day we drove home in our new telluride! Brandi was amazing! She kept us up to date on the entire process and even went over all the amenities and features of the vehicle. I'd recommend her 1000 times over! And plan to go to her in the future as well! If you are looking for a patient, understanding and knowledgeable sales person, give Brandi a call!

Stay away from this dealership. The young girl in service is very rude. When I called and made sure to have a rental lined up 3 times and was told yes, but I get there 7:30 am and of course that was a lie. She laughed when I told her who promised me I would have a rental. All of a sudden other people came before me so sounds like they have a lot of issues. Very unprofessional! I’ll take my service somewhere else.

Jay is great! Great communication - no hidden adds on and all this and that. Very simple process! Gave great value for trade in. Out the door in 45 minutes. I’d recommend dealership and Jay to anyone!

Leblanc Kia has been my go-to dealership for 5+ years now. I am on my third Kia purchase with them and have never had a bad experience. From pre, during and post purchases, I have always been treated with respect and kindness from everyone I have came in contact with. LeBlanc Kia’s Service members are always top notch and take very good of care during service appointments. I highly recommend Leblanc in New Iberia!

Fantastic dealer. I have leased and purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and it's usually a slog shopping around, haggling and trying not to get screwed over. After contacting at least a dozen dealerships trying to get a good price on the car I wanted, not only did Brandi LEAD with the best deal I had been quoted, but she and Vivek made good on it the next day when I drove in from 2 hours away. They could have bait and switched me realizing they essentially held me captive, but I actually ended up getting an even better deal than the already excellent one they quoted. And I was in and out in about an hour? I'll be buying from this dealership in the future for sure.
