i purchased my vehicle recently from this dealer and the process was pretty smooth and easy.Jaron (Jay) has been very good and helpful, pretty quick in answering all of the questions and was extremely knowledgable. i would definitely recommend him and the dealer to all my family and friends.

It's not often that I take the time to write a review but I'm doing so now because I personally received above & beyond service from Matthew Landry in the sales department. I have been helping my daughter search for a KIA Sorento and was lucky enough to connect with Matthew at LeBlanc KIA. Over the course of 2 days, he was incredibly responsive to the multitude of my inquiries & requests. I've always dreaded car shopping and particularly dealing with salespeople, but I can honestly say that Matthew was genuinely a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, upbeat & no-pressure salesperson, he is your guy. Thank you for all your help, Matthew - you provided A+ service & I appreciate it!

Bad experience twice! Went there the first time and couldn’t get things right…the second time waiting on approval for 4 days. Finally went to Lafayette and got better and quicker service. Won’t be a 3rd time for sure!

RE: Incomplete oil change.I was allowed to leave the dealership with inadequate amount of oil in the engine.Approximately 1 hour after leaving dealership l "low oil" light came on. 6pmish Car was towed back to dealership at your request using "roadside assistance". It was returned next day, courtesy of LeBlanc Kia. Crisis averted.Satisfied with solution.I suggest extra attention be emphasized on inspection of work performance. The car should not have left dealership in such inadequate condition.I was told it was faulty equipment was the culprit; A clogged oil dispensing hose/nozzle.If an inspection was performed, as I was informed had been, the dipstick would have indicated 'full' and not just above "empty" indicator when I was forced to pull over at the first sign of a problem.I would greatly appreciate to be informed of resolutions to this matter. Hopefully, my car was only one involved.Sincerely,Celeste DBetter supervision of maintenance techs and or training of said techs and supervisors.Regular inspections/maintenance of equipment used in oil change department. Especially, in change of season to cooler months. Perhaps a viscosity test could have avoided this instance.Hopefully, my opinion is important as a customer and new owner of one of your vehicles.After all, this was my FIRST oil change, EVER.Remedied immediately, but should have never happened and could have been totally avoided. Leblanc outdid sales for me! Excellent prices - far better than any Kia within hours of driving (we drove over three hours, passing up several Kia dealerships). Also, the sales team was super responsive and catered to all requests - shout out to Jay and Matt who tag-teamed our experience. There should be a bill board all across the south for people to head to you guys. Thank you!!

I highly recommend going elsewhere if you are from out of state.I inquired online about a vehicle I wanted a couple days ago. I heard back from them within a couple hours, and they were more than eager to talk about it. Fast forward to today, and I wanted to buy a specific vehicle. I gave them the last four on the VIN asked for a price. I was told that they basically don’t like to sell out of state but that he would “check with his manager”. When he called back, they would sell me the car but only if I financed through Kia.I found another Kia that is in Louisiana that was more than happy to make a sale on the same model and trim that isn’t requiring me go through Kia financing if I didn’t want. Happy to say that I’m going elsewhere.

I just bought a new Kia Forte GT from this location and can't say enough good things about them. Vivek is the man! From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. I had such an awful time at All Star Kia in Baton Rouge that I was fearful that I wouldn't be able to find a dealership that not only had the vehicle I wanted, but would treat me with respect. Vivek made sure that I was comfortable and answered every question I had. He did everything he could to work with the finance guy, Edwin, to ensure that I had an affordable monthly note. They also don't demand a $2,000 adjustment upcharge like the location in Baton Rouge. I am so incredibly pleased with my vehicle as well as the service I have received so far. I remember meeting Price Leblanc when I was just a young child. It is great to see that his grandchildren are continuing his legacy of honesty, transparency, and good business. Dahlin'!

The finance gave the only option of platinum bill pay to pay the finance company the car note and platinum bill pay is a complete ripoff. Automatic payments to them, yet the finance company is missing payments, making it look like my car note isn’t being paid.

Brandy was the sales person and really helped us get the vehicle we wanted. Mr Nolan the manager also helped us out of a few issues. Would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from them! I can’t forget about the finance guy. He was awesome! Also I drove in from Texas to buy from them and had no problems.
