I hope somebody sees this before going here but thiswas easily one of the WORST shops I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Billy has a horrible attitude and an even worse work ethic. Whatever time you expect your vehicle to be completed, expect at least another month. They told me it would be completed in two weeks and after a month I had to pull the vehicle from them (to which they refused to release after two times I asked) and then got the job done at a dealership in less than a week. They didn’t even finish painting my car, and pocketed the money from my insurance company after that.Service: Body & Trim

Had a mint 2006 300 SRT8 70,000 MILES ... untill some guy backed up into my baby. Look at pics and be the judge. Would you have been happy?Heard a few people say this place was good. Talked to the shop and showed them how clean and show quality it was and how I expect that quality back. Assured me it would go back to that..They put a used rusty hood, not aligned proper, a Taiwan fender, never sanded anything just used some adhesive stuff to make the paint stick. Fish-eyes, orange peal and chips painted over. When asked about wet sanding and buffing it, he told me I don't trust my guys to do that.Will be having someone redo their work. Look at the pics and you can decide.

I have had my car worked on by Mr. Billy twice in the last three years due to accidents. After the service I received following my first accident, LA Auto Collision was my first choice after my second one. Mr. Billy is very honest and upfront with information and pricing. If there’s any issue after you get your vehicle back, you can call him up and he will continue to help you until all the bugs are worked out. He keeps up with local shops when he has to refer you vehicle elsewhere. He is always willing to answer any questions you have throughout the entire process, if he doesn’t have an answer, he will work to get you one. My car looked like it had never been wrecked both times! I will continue to use and refer others to LA Auto Collision!!Services: Electrical

This is the place to go for collision repairs!! Mr. Billy and Ms. Faye were the BEST at making sure my vehicle was repaired properly and keeping great communications! I only went in for an estimate and they were very friendly, thorough and quick. The guy who did my car inspection did a good job in assessing my car and explaining my estimate and the process that comes with it.
