The people on the night crew are more helpful than some of the office people during working hours. The delivery men are helpful with the large stuff. The ladies in the front at the services are the best. Be nice and polite to them and will help with anything.

I had been a loyal Lowe's customer for over 40 years. Today's Vist was like the last couple of visits. I needed lawn mower blades and one question.. I walked the entire store twice and could not find any emplyee. I passed up 3 other customers looking for an employee for help with no luck. I finally found and 85 year old gentleman that pointed . NO MORE LOWES FOR ME.

Pet friendly and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Returns are a breeze. Update: Need to give a shout out to Billy in flooring. He was a great help with helping us purchase a new door. Look him up at Lowes in New Iberia.

Mr. Brian and Mrs. Susan in the outside lawn and garden department here at Lowe's in New Iberia, Louisiana are the people to talk to!! Their outstanding work ethic, positive attitudes, customer service & experience in all divisions especially this one is the main reason that keeps my family and I committed to this store and location to shop. Fantastic experience today with the staff. I returned an item, got help from a young smiling salesman in the lighting department and checked out with a very friendly young woman at the checkout counter. Very nice to have such friendly and courteous service. Keep up the good work.

I asked a worker where were the brooms. She laughed & pointed to the left. Said I shoulda looked a little before asking cause it wasn't hard to find. And chuckled more. Like I got to Lowes on a regular basis
