Bought my vehicle in today for AC not cooling properly. They got it fixed and explained what was going on. Neil and his mechanic's are really good at what they do. I would highly recommend them. They are very professional and courtesy and their prices are really good. They really do not take advantage of their customer's loke most of the shops around here.
I highly recommend this shop for vehicle repairs.

Brought truck in…was told i had to replace my water pump and belt. Charged $350 for them to do that. For me to pick up the car in worse condition than I dropped it off. Now it’s at a different shop getting a whole engine replacement. Never again

I was referred to Master Mechanics after my original mechanic was unable to fix my vehicle. I never heard of nor knew where they were located. Tucked away on Lamaire St in New Iberia you will find this hidden gem. The staff was friendly and the owner personally checks over the vehicles before returning them to the owner. Not only that but I didn't have to wait days for my car to be returned! It was done by that afternoon.
If your are the type of woman to drive your cars until they die, like I am, this is your place for repairs. When you're a woman in this world, some types of businesses can (and will) take advantage of your lack of knowledge. These guys took the time to answer all my questions and I felt comfortable they would do right by me. I'm glad I found someone I can trust. I'll definitely be back!
