Hannah serviced my truck and I was extremely impressed with how she paid attention to detail!!! My tire pressure was initially different for each tire. The first thing I checked prior to leaving the dealership was my air pressure reading, which was exactly the same for each tire. This was the first time I’ve ever had someone fill the tires with the same pressure for all 4 tires!! Of course I had to thank her for doing a Super Fantastic job and show my appreciation with a nice tip!!!

Your staff was very helpful. I had a recall on my car. The young lady explained what they were going to do. I also had them change the oil in my car.I am 81 years old. The salesman are important to your business. But as an old lady the service staff is important to me.

The service advisor was polite however, I was charged $35.00 for a tire patch and woke up the next day with the same tire low on air. This has been an on going issue when it comes to tire issues at this location. I have to go repeat times for the issue to actually be resolved.

Albert found me the exact car I wanted, which was difficult to find as I had been looking all over. He was very helpful and friendly, without being pushy. Picked me up at the airport and even bought me lunch afterward. It was a very good experience and he was very helpful. The other gentleman (his name slipped my mind) that helped to show me the features, did a really good job showing me the car and really took his time. I think these guys do a really good job, and I will definetly be checking with them next time I need a car.

Wait time to change oil has drastically changed . Stay focused when checking out when you present your coupon . I presented my coupon before service was done and the receptionist had not applied it until I asked her about my total bill could not be that amount with a coupon . Her excuse was she forgot to apply the coupon even though I saw her put it down on the paperwork before my vehicle was serviced . BEWARE ....... Stay focused .

I went to get a oil change and tire rotation and later that same evening the anti theft window and lock system has been malfunctioning seems to me u might have a theft in your mechanic shop, none other Chevy dealership I had these issues with.

Well I had a order for a a AT4 but it was never ordered,well wanting a truck with the motor I wanted I found one that had a motor like I wanted and it was 2 years older but I was to much into wanting a truck that I got it it’s a good truck but looking back at what I got it cost me the same price as I was quoted, that I was going to pay for the AT4 , what a great deal right they know what they are doing for sure !!!!!!!!

Beware of the Fraudulent, unethical billing practices by the GM Service Department. Our story is below:Truck brought to shop 7/10 late that day. Diagnostics on 7/11 showed valve issue and they said they may possibly need to change or repair cam shaft. The price given for valve and cam shaft work verbally was near $10,000. Quote included projected 36 hours of labor. As this is an issue with some Chevrolet/GM trucks, GM did offer $3000 to help cover parts and some of repair costs.Mechanic was on vacation as GM notified us when they followed up and they hoped the last part needed would be in by his return on Monday, July 24th.We were notified at 11 a.m. on 7/26/23 that vehicle was ready and that costs were $3000 less than original quote as the GM Assistance was applied. We were also informed that only the valve job was necessary; they did not need to repair or replace the cam shaft. (So at most they did about 20 hours work). A service manager we know in another area said this is ridiculously high for the valve job. What they did was still charge the cost of the valve job and cam shaft work though they only did a valve job as they both told us and the invoice shows.My husband met with the Service Manager who insisted that since we had accepted the original quote (for valve and cam shaft work) that was what they were billing. They said the GM amount was applied to that. It did not matter that we were fortunate the more extensive repairs were not needed. He showed him in the work management system that 36 hours of labor is allotted but my husband pointed out to him that what he pulled up on the screen clearly said valve repair and repair or replacement of cam shaft which is major work. He then agreed to a small amount off but it didn't bring it even close to what just a valve job would be. I don’t know how we could have gotten an honest bill from them.Everyone needs to be aware of the practices at this dealership. I have a concern that if they do this to one person, they have done it to other GM customers. How many people are they charging for work not done?We have been long term service customers there and we have bought a total of 13 GM vehicles in our life time. I cannot tell you how disappointed we are. If someone else would have told me this story, I don’t think I would have believed it.
