Aarons on broad street in New Orleans is a store that is a nightmare. I first moved here and got a washer and dryer and it took three weeks and me calling a million times and chatting online with a rep to get it delivered. Then it was and the delivery guys went above and beyond. So I decided to use them for my living room set bc the drivers were so great. Go into the store in beginning of December and picked out my set. Put the money down and was told unfortunately it would take 2 weeks for the set to be delivered. I said that's fine as long as I have it for the holidays since I have zero furniture in my living room and was having company. It was due to be delivered the 18th of December the same day my daughter arrived for her visit. I waited for the delivery and had to call them to find out where my furniture was only to be told that oh no they meant to call me but ran out of time and the delivery driver quit and I wouldn't be able to get my furniture until Christmas Eve. Ok fine.. being in service industry I understood and said fine.. Christmas Eve comes and again I have to call them around 3 bc still no set only to be told they are on their way. They come and the general manager tells me oh your living room set is damaged . Ripped sofa and love seat and said he would call me to let me know about when another one would arrive . I told them keep the deposit and tht was ok. So Christmas no living room set we camped in the living room on the floor. I called again the Tuesday after Christmas and they said the order would be finalized Thursday and I should have an idea about delivery probably the following Tuesday. I called the store no answer of course bc this store doesn't answer the phone at all. That was the 5th of January and received zero word except a call to remind me of my bill being due for washer and dryer. Fast forward to yesterday Tuesday January 11. The regional manager calls me regarding the set and maybe I might have to order another set and assured me the store would call me yesterday to work things out. Zero phone call. Today the 12 I tried to call and of course zero answer . No one from the store has called no one has even felt that they took my deposit and I have zero to show for it and maybe they should rectify. Texted the regional manager and have received nothing in return. I have never been so disappointed or angry with a company. If there wasn't money involved I would just go somewhere else. I'm telling you I picked the set out and boy were they quick to take that deposit. However lacking in the delivery. This has legit been 6 weeks of waiting for a set that I don't even think exists. The anger and frustration is so overbearing I'm really close to filing a claim with the better business bureau if I don't get a resolution by today.

I really don't have a long history with neither AARONS or The Broad St. AARONS, but the little I have had in personal face to face dealings with them BOTH has been PROFESSIONAL.and KIND. Of you have to finance and want a little help.eben if a not $$$, they ate accommodating band.PROFESDIONAL!/That is mymoimion!

Ive called the store 4 days in a row with no answer. Im moving out of town and I've been trying to get them to come pick up their furniture but theres no voicemail i can leave a message or none of that. The furniture is about to be sitting in an empty apartment if they dont answer by tomorrow ?? I did my part

The Fact I have 4 months to pay off is cool. The fact that dam near every body in that store location is ghetto and unprofessional. I don’t know why pple hire these kind of pple it’s definitely a liability. I was told my furniture be here in the morning no one called and updated with the fact that it will arrive other than the time I was told. Like I don’t have other things to do. Another fact is that when I called to ask about the delivery I was lied to. Don’t no one want to deal with unprofessional liars. My ratting is based on that.

So my original review was about me not receiving my delivery. I went into the store to find out why. The girl who took my ID never put my information in the system. However the store manager Carson was extremely nice and apologetic. He took care of my concerns.
