By far, the worst pharmacy, worst customer service, worst communication and the most clueless staff ever! I have been waiting for an immune disorder medication for 3 weeks now. This is not for a new medication even. This is for an injectable medication that I have been on for a year now. I would not recommend your services to my worst enemy.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Everyday they have a new excuse on why they can't fill my husband's very important medicine and they do nothing to get what they say they need. I end up doing it myself! But it's always a difference excuse. Oh and "give us 72 hours..." answer for everything... they keep saying that and its been a month and I'm still trying to get it. They are terrible, no internal communication at all. Only using them bc BCBS FL Blue is making me. Stay away if you are lucky enough to have a choice. For the sake of you or your loved one. If I could give Zero stars I would!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their employees do not have a clue how to do their jobs. When I requested to speak with management, I was astonished to find they do not have a clue either. This is a great injustice to people that pay for insurance. They should be closed, bc they are incorrigible...

If you can avoid this pharmacy, please do. I've been out of medication for two weeks and every time I call there is a different and inconsistent reason for it not being filled.

I give them 1 star because zero stars isn’t an option. Without medication again because this company is inept, this time for 4 weeks. A supervisor actually laughed at me and my predicament.

They have made my life incredibly complicated. It is an act of congress trying to refill a prescription or setting up co-pay assistance. Very disorganized & I've gotten several different answers from multiple people. There is an obvious lack of communication.

My son was supposed to get RSV preventative injections 5 months out of the year. They actually called me when they were supposed to and said they would be contacting our pediatrician and the injection would be shipped. Our dr office did their part. We didn’t receive the injection until two months later. He was supposed to have the injection November-March. We received one on 12/29 and never received a call about one being shipped/received on 2/16 and now they are trying to stick us with a 4K bill. No thanks. They also told me I had a 60 day window to remit the prescription. I received the bill 95 days later. Customer service is full of people with attitudes.

The incompetence of their billing department is unbelievable. We’ve changed the insurance on file five months in a row now yet for five months they continue to bill the wrong policy every single month. It’s like they just WANT the customer to call and spend an hour on the phone so they can do absolutely NOTHING RIGHT. Pitiful, inexcusable!

I've gone unmedicated several times because of the unstoppable incompetence here. I can't believe they're allowed to stay in business quite honestly. After the last time I was on hold for two hours waiting for billing to fix their screw up I wondered if premature death was preferable than having to use this company.

This company has had terrible customer service for several years already. This year, they outsourced to a bigger call center outside the country but don't seem to have changed their horrible practices. So now we have bad customer service, harassing phone calls trying to get you to refill even after medication has been discontinued, and a language barrier. Misdeliveries, bad customer service and bad money management from the collections team. Truly some of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Even the doctors groan when you tell them who they have to go through.

Pitiful customer service and organization. From billing to delivery and everything in between. Scary.

Poor customer service. They fumble everything from payment to delivery. I wish they would get their act together.

Very poor service and unprofessional. Medication was sent to the wrong address and customer service (Leadership) hung up on me.

You're company doesn't know what prescription you're sending. You called me this morning to refill my IVIG and I'm supposed to be on Xembify. I spoke to someone and they said my insurance didn't approve Xembify. Well, I have it in the mail now. Doesn't look like your staff knows what they're doing. You have people's lives in your hands. It's unacceptable.
