This rating isn't a reflection of the services provided, but the inability to actually reach anyone at the business. I've called multiple times, emailed multiple times and even tried to go by in person. Perhaps they're no longer in business, but I have been unable to get a reply after more than a week of trying. Sounds like exactly the approach to wellness I'm interested in, but can't seem to crack the code to actually speak to them. Sigh.

We started training just days after my sisters sudden suicide over a year ago, because I needed to be in my body and out of my head. I've had and not had trainers off and on for decades and I know Im too busy to work out unless there is money and a respect for other people's time on the line. My huz and I live in California half the year and this location is really close to our place in town. We are currently doing dual sessions with Alex, and while they have all been great, Alex has really stepped it up, and found that spot, where each workout takes you as far as you can go and you push through. We would NEVER work out this hard (or consistently) in a gym. He's already setting up the next thing, so you are focussing on endurance instead of where the damn 25s are, working out too hard on the pulley because some fool wouldn't get off the machine for 15 minutes and then invariably pull a muscle and then not be able to work out for awhile. Id LOVE to find someone like Alex back in SF, but I doubt we will. I can't think of anyplace I would recommend more highly.

My 14-year son, who has quadriplegic cerebral palsy, has been strength training with Julie 4 times a week since July 2018. The benefits are clear, his back is straighter, his glutes and quads are stronger, he has more endurance and trunk strength than ever before and he has a lot fun. Julie is not only an excellent personal trainer, but she has a background in special education and was not afraid when I approached her 9 months ago to see if she would be willing to design and implement a full body strength training program for my son. She was excited for the challenge, took the time to read and follow up on the research/educational materials I provided her, and she ensured that she had the appropriate equipment and modifications to meet his needs. She tracks his progress, is constantly thinking about creative ways to challenge him, while also being flexible when he is having a tough day due to his physical challenges. Julie and my son have a very sweet relationship, she certainly has earned a soft spot in his heart and he always looks forward to seeing her. Thank you Julie for becoming an integral member of my son's team.

As someone who is in process for the FBI's special agent career, I couldn't have achieved the goal of passing my PFT without Julie. For anyone looking to achieve a passing objective or to get in shape she's one of the best in The country. I would recommend her over anything for anything fitness or endurance training. I can't thank Julie enough for helping me to achieve my goals.

So I am usually not one to write reviews. In fact, this is the first review I have ever written for any business on Yelp, but my experience at All-Inclusive Health has been so beyond my expectations I have to share. I have been working with the owner, Julie, for approximately six months and she has done a tremendous job. I have lost fat while also increasing my muscle mass, stamina, and most importantly, my confidence. Julie excels at creating workout plans, taking into accou

I came to All Inclusive Health on a recommendation from a friend after her hearing me complain about other gyms. Admittedly, I had some preconceived bias of personal trainers. Julie and her staff have completely changed my opinion. She listens to my needs and comes up with plans that work for me. I have a bad ankle from an old injury. For years, it ached every morning causing me to limp for a few steps. Julie helped strengthen that ankle to the point I don't remember the last time it hurt. My doctors only solution to the pain was more surgery, I'm so glad he was wrong.

I'm on my second group of sessions with Meghann. She was great working with me during the beginning of my pregnancy, and she's now working with me postpartum. She does a great job putting up with my uncoordinated butt, and I get embarrassed easily, so the intimacy of the studio makes me feel much more comfortable.

Julie and I do 4 one hour sessions a week, and the results are just what I hoped for, which is fat loss and muscle gain at the same time. I do some training for side goals like a hike with a vertical climb that I was perfectly prepared for, and am now working towards running some races. Julie is personable and motivating without ever being overbearing. Her bag of tricks for new exercises is deep, and I'm never bored since we rarely repeat things exactly the same way.

I am a 68 year old male. When I started with Julie and Meghann I was over weight, had chronic back pain and could barely run. That was approximately 13 months ago.

All Inclusive Health is a really amazing place for someone who is looking to make changes in their body--whether that be to gain, maintain or lose weight. I went to All In for the nutrition sessions. Since those sessions, I have really changed my relationship with food for the better, and Julie played a big part in that. She was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this place!

All Inclusive has changed my lifestyle in the best and most low key way. I've trained with Julie of All In for almost 3 years now. I can say I am in the best shape of my life, and strive to be healthier each day and training session. Goals with All In are reachable, but Julie is all for pushing me if she knows I can do more. What I had hoped a personal training program would be IS what All Inclusive truly is.

I've worked out with Julie and her team for 5 years and can't speak highly enough. Julie doesn't promise unrealistic results but encourages consistent effort toward goals and designs the workouts to get you there. Over time, I lost weight, became a faster runner, and have overall become healthier. Along the way, Julie and Meghann have been knowledgeable about how I can respond to the unique ways my body works and offered specific stretches, exercises, etc. suited to me. Both Julie and Meghann are personable and encouraging while also holding me accountable, which is exactly what I want!

All Inclusive Health has changed my life. Moving here from North Louisiana and not know anyone or having a place for fitness that I felt comfortable in made it hard to stay on track. I was referred here by a friend 4 years ago and I could never go anywhere else! The nutrition plan and muscle workouts she specifies for you make you complete a lifestyle change not a diet. I highly recommend this personal fitness studio!
