“Everyone was friendly. I needed something very obscure and even though many of tge floor staff wasn't certain it was carried, they helped each other find my item. I don't shop home depot any longer because of various choices the owner makes but I had no choice this time so I'm glad I had a good experience”

“Very nice selection of furniture. Sweet ladies work the floor.Edit 5/8/2024 Ms. Sherrell on the floor is a sweetheart. She greeted us straight through the door and assisted us with all our questions. She made the shopping experience very pleasant and wasn't overbearing. The ladies were so nice on my first visit (I was not shopping the first visit, I was paying my friends invoice) i went back and got a living room set for myself. Definitely my furniture store moving forward!!!❤️❤️❤️”

“I went to the Best Buy in Harahan to buy a camera tripod, and Selwin Moore is the reason the trip was worth it.
He came over fast, asked what I was using the tripod for, and helped me pick the right one without trying to upsell me. He broke down what actually matters—stability, height, and how it will work with the way I’m filming—so I wasn’t guessing or wasting money.
He also took extra time to show me how to check pricing and use Best Buy’s price match guarantee so I could make sure I was getting the best deal. That’s rare, and it says a lot about his character.
The only thing he didn’t do was ring me up at checkout—but everything else was handled the right way. If you’re the kind of person who walks into stores and usually gets ignored, ask for Selwin Moore.”

“I have to shout out Home Depot in the east. I went in this evening because I didn't feel like traveling out of the neighborhood.
The first thing I noticed: there were plenty of employees in the store!
The store was well lit.
I walked into two different departments and BEFORE I could ask for help, I was OFFERED assistance!
Shout out to Tuan and Reaux. I would be remiss if I didn't also shout out Ms. Priscilla (Mgr?), visible and available to the customers. And I can't forget my two cashiers - yes I went back a second time today - Edna and Zyria, courteous and professional.
