This bank froze our accounts illegally. I will be reporting them to the CFPB. When we called, they told us that every time we called, our request got pushed to the back of the line. It was an entire week for our business without access to our funds over their administrative error. I hope this place gets its license revoked.

Groucho doesn't do or recommend doing business with people who: 1) Don't have a phone, 2) Won't leave a phone number, 3) Don't ANSWER their phone, 4) Let all calls go to already filled voicemail boxes, 5) Have only toll free numbers where all of the above applies. If you go to one of their offices, the same above ALSO applies. No one wants to tell you who they are. You will deal strictly in cyberspace. With all of the benefits that er, er, er ensue. Onpath is horrible. I don’t know if its the new people they are hiring but they very unprofessional. They are very slow. They are not the same and I do not recommend anyone to go with them. I honestly used to love them at one point of time but they are horrible honest review for someone who been with them since they was ASI I’ve been with this company for over 12 years.

My experience was great. I contacted the office and spoke to Rajan about wanting to refinance my vehicle. With help from Him I was able to set an appointment and meet with Him and April. They both helped me and were able to lower my interest rate by nearly half of what I was paying. They were very knowledgeable and showed great care with trying to give me the best possible offer. I will definitely be recommending to my close friends.

I've been banking here since I was 18, I'm 55 now. Great in branch service, great phone customer service, too. They've taken care of all my banking needs. It was so easy to get a loan there, literally over the phone. Not everyone may have had a good experience but mine were great!

Customer service is TERRIBLE! I needed my credit card replaced they said it would take 10 business days, I can not get it expedited or have it unlocked until then.

Hundreds of dollars were taken out of my account fraudulently. I've been here twice to try to get it back. The workers act (or maybe are) totally unable to help me. The anti-fraud hotline isn't any better.

I came into the bank on 6/26/2021. Ms. Demetria was great she exceeds customer service. The line was long and she never lost her cool. She was nice, professional and greeted everyone that walked up to her. I will be back to this location ??
