My experience was great. My sales representative did an amazing job at getting me the best service and phones. I watched and all the sales representatives who was in the store worked as a team to get not just me but other customers the help they needed. I would definitely recommend this store. Great customer service. Ja’Heim Cooks was my sales associate.

I went to the AT&T store in Gentilly to replace a broken phone. When I walked into the store, Ms. Ash greeted me and asked how could she help me. I told her what I needed and she took care of me. She helped me set up the phone and made the process easy and stress free. Ash was great!

I was greatly accommodated at this location. I was embraced with love and kindness since the first step into the door. I was helped by Ashley and the experience was very good. She was very understanding and helpful the whole time. I will definitely recommend this store to others.
