“I like that they have part's on the shelf. In my situation, it was cheaper to buy my rx350 alternator new,however, they did have one, but the price outweighed my need, so I waited for one. I did like the salesman and kinda tried to haggle the price but already had my heart set on a brand new one. If you need it today, they probably have it, and if it's original part's (denso for example)the prices are reasonable.”

“Had a blowout while driving down Tchoupitoulas Street today. The owner of the shop saw my family and I in distress. He flagged us into his shop. In the rain, thunder, and lightning, as Tornado Warning Alerts blared on my phone, the owner stood in the middle of the road and stopped traffic for us to turn into his shop. After learning the tire was under warranty, the owner/mechanic grabbed the spare out of the trunk and fixed it for next to nothing. The service was great. As we left The Shop, the owner said "God is on you side!" Yes sir, I believe he was.”
