“They are very friendly, they go out of their way to help you. They are polite, knowledgeable, help you find what you need in a very thorough way, with a very broad sense of customer service. I especially appreciate Tim who at all times was trying to help me to get the car parts I needed. But in general everyone who works there is friendly, caring and polite. The prices are very good. Overall I would not change this place for any other.”

Although I've noticed a couple of spots that may have to be looked at, I'm positive they're going to honor the warranty and take care of it. Fayard has been around for as long as I can remember and they were able to get the ever elusive 2004 grand Marquis lighting control module for me, at a very good price! I am also getting my rotors and brake pads from Fayard for my 2003 Lincoln Town Car at a good price. I will never call Autozone again! lol. Fayard is now my go-to shop for all of my car parts!”
