Cute place. Shares courtyard with another house that has guests. Hot tub doest heat up but can be soothing after a hot day of running around. Would be nice if it worked. Located in a great spot. There is also an amazing breakfast spot on the corner. Dat dog is a short walk down the way. Neighborhood is relatively quiet. Place was clean. Will try and return evey time i come to New Orleans.

We enjoyed our stay at this B&B! The innkeepers are friendly and very responsive via email. No breakfast, but no problem. There was a cute little breakfast spot right across the street! It was close enough but far enough from Frenchman Street and a skip and a hop away from the highway. The first thing that really caught my attention was the beautiful bathroom and the cute retro microwave. The bed was comfy and there were even books in the cabinet display above the little desk. The little courtyard outside had these cute fountains with lots of greenery and a little iron table to sit at. We didn't have to worry about parking, the street had lots of parking. Definitely going to come back here when I come back.

Really cute and CLEAN place. Quiet at night, but within walking distance if you want to party in the French quarter. Also, close to several neighborhood breakfast/coffee places. Looking forward to staying here again.

THE GOOD: Bathroom clean & nice, good size refrigerator, room has a ceiling fan, love the bathroom ceiling heater, comfortable mattress, cable channels and Hulu & Netflix, cute courtyard, great location, free on-street parking. THE BAD: Found out AFTER the reservation was made and paid for that they were not serving breakfast (but reminded to bring a swim suit for the hot tub). The hot tub was not in working condition. Though the water temp was set on 104 it never reached 88 degrees and the chemicals were sooo strong. The decorative pillow on the bed had something crusty on it, the ceiling light was covered in cobwebs, the extra comforter had silvery-blonde long hairs on it and the condition of the wood furniture was pretty beat-up. THE ABSOLUTE WORST: I was greeted by a STARVING cat every time I entered or left my room. This cat is the courtyard pet. Its food & water bowl are located across from our room door. After 2 days of empty bowls, it was apparent that the owners were not going to feed this poor cat. I purchased cat food and gave it food and water the rest of the time I stayed there. My last day there, I opened a cabinet next to my room in the courtyard and there was a tupperware container with a little cat food in it. There are also other reviews about this cat. So, the owner can not deny that this is their pet that they just decided to not feed (for at least a week). This animal cruelty is unacceptable. Being greeted by their pet cat, that was being starved, every time I entered or left my room is inexcusable. I was willing to overlook the cleanliness issues, possibly overlook the hot tub issues but there was no way to over look the treatment of their pet.

Contactless check in and check out made coming and going very easy, the location was great (quiet street but within walking distance to the quarter and plenty of cafes), and the front carriage house had a very comfortable bed. Would recommend.

We have greatly enjoyed staying at this wonderful bed and breakfast! The accommodations are top-notch, and the rooms and courtyard are lovely and artistic - New Orleans decor at its best. Our room had a ceiling fan and separate heating/cooling controls, very helpful in the heat of the day. The bathroom is quite modern, the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfasts here are legendary among the guests, and that is fitting. We’ve rarely had breakfasts as sumptuous! The hosts are friendly and very accommodating. Again, the key adjective is “wonderful.” This is our favorite place to stay in New Orleans, and it could be your favorite, too.
