Scam. Save your time and money. Tried charging me $1500 for a $600 job. I towed my car elsewhere and save hundreds of dollars.

Had a flat tire on a Saturday morning. Mr. Tommy promptly repaired the flat for a very reasonable $20.

My car was working fine. After getting our oil change which I think they put the wrong oil in my car runs crappy now. It only has 80,000 miles on it and now it feels like it is a 200,000 MI car. Only thing they were worried about is upselling me. They weren't happy with what I was buying they were trying to find everything wrong with my car so they can make a extra buck.

WARNING. Basically, avoid using ‘em at all cost. Tommy the owner refused to make anything right after given a chance in person, so here we go…I paid them for 2 new Westlake tires. Got quoted $106 per tire for those or $146 per tire for Sumitomo’sThey removed all 4 tires from my vehicle and installed the 2 new Westlake tires + put 2 old ones on my vehicle (Hercules dated from 2018)Why would they do that extra work?I purchased 2 new Sumitomo tires from NTB in May/June, and Banks Service Station sells used tires. Not to mention it took them 3 hours to change the tires, lost my keys after trying to tell me I had them (they were in Tommy the owners truck), and tried to only accept cash payment. Not until I mention I was from the neighborhood that Tommy relented to accept a card.Once I mentioned I was missing the new Sumitomo tires, Tommy suggested he didn’t know what brand I was talking about. Once I reminded him he quoted me for that brand as well, Tommy insisted he doesn’t sell Sumitomo tires and neither does Delta Work Tires.Tommy at one point mentioned running the camera’s footage back, I agreed and shortly after he began to get defensive telling me to get off the property + he would not look at the cameras.I tried giving these dudes business, being local and all. Now I have spent $800 in tires this year and look like I’ll need to drop another $300-$400 from somewhere reputable.

One Friday afternoon, within minutes of arriving in New Orleans we were in an accident. After calling more than 20 places unwilling to even look at the car we end up at Tommie’s. Not only was he kind and capable, but we were highway worthy again within a few hours. While I hope we never need his help again, I wish I knew someone just like him where I live.

DO NOT GO HERE. I feel robbed they way over charged me to “fix” my side mirror and left me with a hole in my door and a mismatched mirror. The work is lazy and sloppy and I’m mad at myself for not demanding my money back. They will mess up your car and rob you with a smile on their face.Service: Body & Trim

This place is a scam. I told them I had a transmission fluid leak that was causing my engine to smoke. They diagnosed the problem as something else entirely and then charged me an exorbitant amount to fix it, which I was forced to agree to because I had been d*** enough to pay them a large deposit to take the engine apart and look at it. A week later, after the problem had been “fixed”, the power steering leak finally caused my alternator to burn up. They quoted me insane prices on various parts (5x the MSRP) to justify the price. When I called back because my engine started smoking again, I was told “it’s probably just water.” When I was replacing the alternator, I also noticed that various things had been broken inside in the process of the repair. They are nice, charismatic guys, but they’ll screw you over if they think you’re not savvy enough to be able to tell. Steer clear.

Terrible. Didn't actually fix the problem and charged $700. Don't go here for any major repairs. And definitely don't pay any cash deposits up front. What a scam.

I’ve been going to Tommy for almost 20 years now and he never disappoints, and honest mechanic and all-around great guy
