I had a problem with my Suburban, check engine light came on, and I bring it to Dealer, he took a look, smile to me, and instead of do reprogramming, he said I has a problem with one part which cost 1200$. I paid 200$ for diagnostic, I took my car out, went to enother dealership, they told me no worries, reprogram my car and I forget about this problem. They just making money, they don't work for customers, making new unreal problems, just to get a money from the customer even if customer don't need to change expensive part and keep the car for weeks.… newer return to this dealership.

My fluids were not filled so therefore my check engine light came on only for me to find out that I had no transmission fluid. What a surprise when I just got my car serviced last week. Not good. Highly upset.

I do not recommend this service location. I dropped off my vehicle yesterday to have the door handle replaced. Robert stated he would call me in one hour to provide a price quote and get permission to proceed. 4 hours later, I still hadn't heard anything. Patiently waiting, I decided to send my husband to get an update. Robert was at lunch, and he left to give him time to come back. 4 more hours later, I began to call, but there was no answer. Finally, when service was closed, he answered and stated the part was on back order due to the strike. He proceeded to ask where I wanted him to leave my keys since service was closed. I couldn't believe it! The next morning, miraculously, the part is available and can be installed. Since I took off the entire day yesterday, I decided I could not TRUST what this place says and proceeded to pick up my vehicle. I get to the counter to pick up this guy behind the counter, and he is upset and rude because Robert told him to install it without my permission. At this point I'm late for work. Every time I go to this place, I am disappointed. I try again because I'm an understanding person and know things happen. Long story short, DO NOT GO HERE.

Service to replace my blown out tire was quick, efficient and no charge since I had the tire warranty offered when we purchased the car. Love this warranty it almost paid for itself. I would definitely recommend this option.

KUDOS to banner!!! I did not purchase my used vehicle here, but I've had it for 5 months and have bumper to bumper warranty on it for 24000 miles or 2 years whichever comes first. I found it impossible to find ANY normal repair shop that does warranty work, so I called and was able to bring it here. Eddie is AMAZING at customer service!! He informed us every step of the way, was very transparent about how long it would take to have it looked at, and how long the process would take afterwards. I loved his honesty, and enthusiasm towards helping me and keeping me informed! My car is running beautifully and my AC is ICECOLD, thanks you guys! Every face in this place is FRIENDLY and helpful!!Highly recommend! Hell , if i ever need to purchase another vehicle, this may even be my first stop!!,

I had to wait THREE HOURS!!! for an oil change. This is unacceptable. The agent should tell the client what the wait time estimate is going to be so he/she can have the option of waiting, making an appointment for another time, etc.Also, the cost of the service should be given as soon as it is requested so that like myself he/she would not be ambushed by sticker shock. The cost of my last similar service was $64. This one was $111.!!!

Both Trey & Larry guided me through the whole buying purchase. They made it super easy and smooth. Trey helped me from the beginning figuring out a round about price on the 23 equinox and put in extra work. Mr. Larry showed me every aspect of the 23 equinox before we went for a test drive. Both were amazing and I would recommend everyone to them!

Miss Barbara was soooooo pleasant and personable! She explained the features of the vehicle while we were test driving and listened to me give her a little history lesson about the neighborhoods we were in :) No question was too small and she was very patient! She made the headache of looking for a car a lot easier!

Fast, friendly service. However, it was not always like that. I've been a Corvette Owner and a Banner Customer for over thirty years. I moved away for a stint, returned, then moved away, and finally returned home for the last time. I'm frequently impressed by the increased professionalism of the service staff. After some ups and downs over the years, you guys got it right, and I'm very comfortable bringing my Corvette in every time it needs servicing.

My service advisor was nice and speed of service was acceptable for a non appointment walk in however this dealership did not have a shuttle service at my 8:30 am drop off time and was told “maybe” 10am til the shuttle service would possibly be available. I didn’t want to risk a maybe so I ordered an Uber. This car dealership doesn’t offer car wash with service either which is surprising to me because how do they wash the cars that they sell? Just overall a very different experience from my normal Houston dealerships. I was understanding of not having all of these amenities available but what really turned me off from ever wanting to return here was that they used some sort of device to pry open the cover to the spare tire key instead of just reaching in and pushing it out and I have three gouges in my rear bumper now. The worst part is is that I didn’t even have my tow hitch cover on so they literally didn’t have to do any work to remove the spare tire key cover and instead they scratched it bad. I wish I had caught it when I was there but didn’t notice it til I got a car wash at home in Houston the next day. If I am ever in town again and need a repair I will be taking my car elsewhere.
