Always easy to shop here. I needed yet another cell phone charger cable and decided to get the braided type, which hopefully it'll last longer! Vee, a sales representative, with a pleasant personality, was very helpful and knows the merchandise well.

Took my PC in to the Geek Squad because I was having trouble with it. They didn't even want to look at it. Said there was nothing they could do. Took it to the Best Buy in Kenner Geek Squad there booted it right up ran diagnostics. Helped me pick out an upgrade. Bottom Line go to Best Buy in Kenner and avoid the useless Harahan store.

I took a computer into Best Buy in Harahan, La. It was returned without the original keyboard or connecting cords. I contacted the store and a keyboard was delivered to me. Unsuccessful, however, in receiving the cords - and the manager of the store, Bryona, refuses to accept my phone calls. This is obviously not the way that you would expect a major store like Best Buy to treat their customers. I am happy with the service department, but totally dissatisfied with Bryona, the manager.

It took too long to come. I was supposed to be able to use it in my car it was not capable, nor did it have the wire to do so. Overall, I was very disappointed but I waited so long I needed it to bad to send it back or wait any longer

This store is poorly run. It takes 30 minutes to find a salesperson and another 30 for them to come help you.

The electronic store that barely stocks electronics. Everything is ordered when you need it. Why even have brick and mortar stores.

The hours are wrong. They don't open up until 10 AM. A guy from geek squad did call me though because they saw I had called and he helped me out over the phone and got my computer fixed. They are really good on repairs. I have used them for a couple years.

Empty shelves and customer service is pathetic. One fat black woman is unbelievably rude , I asked myself if I was asking for one night stand when I only requested her to show me if the store has ONE plus phones

It seems they are short handed, there were no registers open. Everybody had to go to customer service to pickup and checkout.

Ever since they closed the main checkout area and forcing everyone to go to the customer service area, it's impossible to get quick service. Waiting in lines in that cramped of an area for long periods of time,is not a great idea.
