So far so good! Very friendly, accommodating staff and perfect location. The hotel is right on the edge of the French Quarter so you can easily walk to all the cool, quirkiness of it, eat, sightsee, people watch, and then walk back to the hotel in 10-15 minutes. Another bonus is that the tour busses pick you up right from the hotel. I should add that the complimentary breakfast was huge!Nearby activities: Right next to the French Quarter.

Some friends and I had a lovely stay here over MLK weekend. The location is absolutely incredible—you’re right across from the Louis Armstrong Park and just a few blocks over from a plethora of restaurants, bars, and attractions. Even Cafe Du Monde was a 5 min walk away. Overall, the look and feel of the hotel is very cute.As for the rooms, they were clean and comfortable. The shower water temperature fluctuated a bit, but hey, you’re saving water I guess. The loss of one star is due to a couple of things. While service was mostly good, we did have one instance where we called the front desk for assistance with an issue our tv had, then had to call again because no one had come. They assured us the person was coming, but in the end, no one came. Not a big deal at all, but not the best. The hotel breakfast could improve a bit as well. However, it is free and is nice to have.Nearby activities: Within walking distance of multiple museums, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Only a 20 min walk from downtown NOLA.Safety: The hotel felt very safe. Hardly any noise, and you need to use your hotel card to get into the main lobby.

We were at this hotel two nights. We forgot some of our stuff in the room, and it was so sad that the management didn’t want to help us to find our stuff. Please, don’t forget your stuff there, because you will not have a chance to get it back!

On the back side of the French Quarter..You still need an Uber if not for distance but for safety...Rooms were dark and very dated...Great customer service at the desk...

Good location, of the three ice machines only one that works on the 3rd floor though. Also there were shoe marks on the wall of our room but nothing major. Decent hotel for a good price if needed.Noteworthy details: 3rd floor only working ice machine of the three available

We gave this location 4 stars. The parking spots were very tight and we were told they can't guarantee a parking spot, I'm guessing that they have more rooms than spots, would have been nice to know this upfront, once we parked, we never drove again except to leave three days later. The service was very good. The free breakfast was decent. There's a lot of stuff/restaurants within walking distance. Our last full day it rained all day, so we all bought cheap throw away ponchos and kept trucking and so did a lot of others, this is New Orleans after all. We came mainly for the food, glad we did. This hotel is across the street from the Louis Armstrong Park.
