Major shoutout to Rafat!!!!!!!!!! He really knows his stuff. In another review to "Boost", I mentioned about how I was having problems with that store where I had purchased the phone from. I will have a heart by not giving out that specific store location "just the kind of guy that I am". With my phone issue "calls would drop" when I would be talking on the phone. Anyway once I came to this Boost location Rafat knew off the bat what I was going thru pertaining to my phone!!!!!!!!! With no hesitation he helped me out and was cool calm and patient with me. Not sure if he's the manager for this particular location but if he's not then he should be with a "HUGE" raise at that. I put credit where credit is due and with that said, he deserves the ultimate amount of credit!!!!!!!!! Thanks Rafat "Your the Man"!!!!!
