Sold us 2 Moto G phones. They were horrible devices. Blacked out and even missed phone calls when people were actively calling. Left Boost. The customer service was actually good, though.

How can someone have barely used their internet and data but, being told that they've it all up for the month? I looked on the Boost One app to see if I had actually used up all my data and I only used.03 of the data according to the app. But they said to me that I used it all up. My boyfriend went in last week with the exact same problem and 12 other customers were saying that they had the same issue m I went in yesterday, and 9 Customers entered with the exact same problem. How can almost everyone have the exact same issue with the same service in the same day? Boost mobile Service is a rip off. Be careful you guys.

The only way you'll have the best data and internet services is if you're using boost Mobile's WiFi there at the store. Lol who wants to have to go to the store to use their phone? I did not purchase my phone and the plan to have to go to the store to use it! Bye ??? boost mobile.

Bought an Iphone 11 and I got home my wall piece was missing. I called them the next day and they tried to charge me $5 for my wall piece. They’re stealing items of the box and reselling them for profit. I wouldn’t recommend. Unprofessional all the way.
