Broad Glass is a family owned full service glass company that has been operating in the New Orleans area since 1965. They service all auto glass, residential glass, and commercial glass. The staff is very friendly and the service is super fast and excellent. They take walk-ins, which has been a lifesaver, and they are way cheaper than nationwide chains like Safelite. The reception always picks up the phone quickly and provides estimates without an automated system. They are often able to complete repairs, like windshield replacement or fixing leaks, the same day. The team is thorough, removing mold or vacuuming up broken glass from a car interior after a break-in. The price is fair and way below what is expected. They also provide helpful referrals for related bodywork. Customers have had a fantastic and great experience and highly recommend this locally owned shop.

Took a nasty rock to the windshield on I-10 that completely destroyed it. Broad Glass provided excellent service from start to finish. Quick, professional, and super easy to work with. They had the replacement shield in stock and the results were perfect. Highly recommend them to anyone needing glass repair or replacement!
