The line moved quickly. The food was prepared to order. We had the Chicken Banh Mi and the Lent Special Salad. Both were fantastic. Also tried the strawberry lemonade and would do that again. The service was wonderful.

Terrible pathetic food. The turkey on the sandwich was old, dry, and tough. It had been reheated many times. The Ciabatta was so hard that you could barely bit into it. The Flatbread wasn't much better. It is seldom we leave uneaten food, but this was not edible.

Restaurant atmosphere was appalling. The servers are disrespectful and have an unacceptable attitude. I called the waitress over to my table and requested for some mayonnaise, simple. In return she gave me the most disgusting and vile stare. I was shocked at the way this cafe allows their servers to act. Simply unacceptable. The wait time was also extremely prolonged, I grew restless and unhappy. After the extremely long wait time my food finally arrived. It was not worth the wait, the food was extremely mediocre and did not satisfy my appetite. Very disappointing, think twice before you come here. There was only one server who was kind, the black woman. Give her a raise while you’re at it.

Located conveniently inside the museum, in the park, the small Cafe provides a refreshing taste. The menu is very limited, but still satisfying and filling. The portion of French fries is large enough to feed a family. We got the shrimp poke bowl and shrimp boulettes and they were both delicious. Service was friendly, but don't expect expedited delivery. We waited about 15 minutes in line and then another 20 minutes for the food to be delivered. Atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful with clean tables.Kid-friendliness: Cheap French fries

Wonderful space - high vaulted ceilings, very sunny. Plenty of tables, but not crowded against one another. One of the few places (at least for a tourist) that you can easily get a nice vegetable bowl if you need a break from rouxs and fried fish. Prompt and friendly service. Highly recommended for a nice lunch before venturing into the museum or the sculpture garden that's steps away.

I wish I did not order that Buddha bowl. It was a heap of ingredients just thrown together, without any thought behind it: some avocado, some sweet potatoes, some spinach, some chickpeas, beans and farro. Even the spicy green sauce could not link them together. Not tasty. Like fodder. It felt like they needed to have something vegan on the menu, but boy, it looks like the chef who created’ did not taste it. I saw another unfinished plate of it sitting on the table, I should have taken it as a warning, but alas, I spotted it too late - I have already ordered mine. Meh

I decided to yelp after my second visit. First of all I love the location inside the NOMA museum! My first visit we had lunch which was delicious. We had Noma ranch salad and butternut squash and kale flatbread. I was quite surprised as to how tasty both dishes were never thought kale could taste so good. The manager walked around talking with most of the customers which I thought was extremely nice. It showed that she cared about her job.The servers were very nice and professional. This morning we went for 10am right when they open we had the croissant, stuffed croissant and two lattes. Again great friendly service and again the manager was checking in all customers. The food menu starts at 11am. We loved sitting and looking out the windows to the beautiful scenery of City Park. I feel like this is one of the best kept secrets of city park.

When we arrived from the airport to the museum, it was after one o'clock at noon, so we chose to have something to eat before visiting NOMA. I didn’t expect the food in this coffee shop. It was surprisingly delicious?. The dessert I bought was well balanced?. I ordered a sandwich? and Curry Chicken Flat Bread, both of which were delivered hot. They were very delicious and delicious? While eating, we also found that some people who did not go to the museum were also coming in to eat. This shows the appeal of this Cafe and the service is also very good!

TERRIBLE! Brennan's should be ashamed to associate themselves with this food. This was literally the WORST meal I've had in Nola for quite some time. I met a friend for lunch yesterday and we ordered the cup of soup and 1/2 salad and shared the fried chicken Banh Mi. The "soup of the day" was chicken gumbo. I did a second take on it when it was brought to our table. I immediately noticed how "blonde" the roux looked (strike 1). After taking a bite, I had to push this flavorless concoction with very little meat aside. I proceeded to eat my 1/2 Green Goddess salad. Although it was made up of plenty of fresh greens and veggies as well as feta cheese, there was no dressing on it and was another flavorless dish. (strike 2) I then picked up my half of the Banh Mi and took a bite. Flavorless frozen fried chicken with "ok" veggies on the sandwich. No sauce/seasoning whatsoever. (strike 3) When the waitress came by to check on us in the middle of the meal, I mentioned that the gumbo was inedible and she offered another option for replacement. I asked for a Chess Pie and it was very good. I'm sad and ashamed that a restaurant like this even exists in New Orleans, the home of wonderful food. Sadly, due to the cafe being attached to NOMA, it was packed with unsuspecting tourists that don't realize that Parkway Bakery (and so many other delicious establishments) are a short walk away. I honestly feel gipped by the Brennan's corporation. I will not return.

What a fantastic way to wrap-up a 4-mile walk in City Park and celebrate December birthdays. This quaint establishment is set inside the New Orleans Museum of Art (with a separate entrance) overlooking nature at it's best. The service staff is exceptional and most welcoming. From 10a-11a assorted make-you-weep-for-more pastries and beverages are available. At 11am the kitchen opens with another group of delicious, shareable offerings. The menu is short yet packs a delectable fare of hearty plates. The environment is welcoming with a simple beauty. For Central Business hotel visitors it is fun Streetcar ride and short scenic stroll in the park to get here. So worth the chance to see NOLA from a different angle. This would a be an excellent place for a first date.

I ate here when Noma had Japan Fest. They had some special menu items which I was excited to try. The portion sizes and huge and you can probably split most things on the menu. I had a flatbread which was super yummy and we had special fries which were amazing! The other guest had the turkey club and it was great! We both tried the basil lemonade. It was okay but I didn’t taste the basil and the overall flavor was lighter than I preferred. They have some really good looking bakery items if you only want a small snack. Pricing was moderate but the food was worth it in my opinion. I’d love to dine here again on a more laid back day.
