What the... heck... is up with this bank? Today I stopped at this branch to make a deposit, and they said they had to scan my DRIVERS license, using some device they mounted at the teller windows. And then she asked me for my SOCIAL SECURITY number (which I presumed they had on file). As IF the wait wasn't long ENOUGH. And I there to DEPOSIT a thousand dollars. Between this, and their phone apps that seem to update on a monthly basis, until it were no longer COMPATIBLE with my device, this bank has REALLY become a pain in the ---------------.
