All cash americas have gone down hill yall sell broken stuff and refuse to give a dollar back and don’t ask at sale if insurance is wanted by the customer!!! How can yall do this to customers and think it’s ok will never spend a dollar at a cash America again employees need to be trained to do rite by their customers not trained on how to sell broken items ! Then if you do a layaway intention is broken when you get it out you can only get a store credit yall scamming people out they hard earned money

The worst people on earth. I used their pawn service with a 5 diamond. 2 ct. Ring. When I Retrieved it......the band was full of gashes. 2 of 5 diamonds we were removed and replaced with crystals and glue. Stay away from these crooks!!!!!!! Hard lesson.
