I went there less than 2 weeks ago for a screen repair on my iPhone 11. Now, I know my phone is not in the best condition, so I made sure to ask them if there were going to be any problems. Because I would have never gotten the phone fixed if I knew it was basically unfixable. The man assured me that he could fix it. I gave them 77 dollars for the repair. About a week later, I felt that the phone screen was a little wiggly and a couple days later the screen completely fell out of the frame. I went back to the place and they told me that I had a 2 week warranty, but because the phone had some other issues that they could not do anything for me. They told me it was like that because of the damage that the phone had endured, which is understandable but don't just take my money and say you can fix it. That is a bad business practice. I could have kept my 80 dollars and put it towards a new phone. She insisted that I should give them another 80 dollars to fix the screen again, but when I asked what the difference would be if the screen could fall out again she went into a blank stare. She then tried to get me to pay 250 dollars for a "full repair" , which I would be a complete fool to entrust them with. She called who I presume to be the manager and said that they would "discount" 50 dollars. That would bring my total to 200 dollars (plus the 80 that I already paid). I asked for a printed quote in case I decided to go back, so that I could get the same price. I realized that on the paper she put that I had an iPhone XR, but my iPhone is purple and XR's don't come in purple. She wasn't even sure what kind of phone she was inspecting. Andrea was not rude, but ultimately not helpful. I'm going to make sure I post about this on all my socials.

As i arrived in the states it turned out my ordered simcard was faulty. They couldn't fix that one but got a new one ready at once. Showed me it was working and everything. Saved my vacation! All staff is superfriendly

scam!!!!! will tell you they can fix your phone just to get your money even if they know they don't have the parts. go on st Claude bywater geeks way better. can fix any and every phone not just Iphones or cheap androids. exotic phones beware!!!!

Sg21+ ultra screen stopped working randomly. They fixed it same day. Big time savior!Update: 4g stopped working. It was nice to have it working for 2 days but now I'm out 380$ and have to buy new phone
