They only have two windows inside and two drive up lanes. Not enough at all. Took me 30 minutes just to get temporary checks today. Majority of the bank are cubicles that remain empty of customers, yet sits “a representative” doing nothing. They’ll actually ask you what you need, knowing from jump that they can’t help you. I assume that’s them just being nosey but the bank sucks and whenever I’m in the east I’m quickly reminded why I avoid this area of the city at all cost.

This branch has been slow at times apparently they lack personnel. They only have windows available inside and two drive up stations. At peak times that is not enough

The employees who work here are not professional enough, I feel as if they dont do their jobs properly enough to help customers. They don't even speak professionally enough. The whole staff needs to be retrained or hire all new employees

I had to run an errand and I decided to do it pretty late, but that was on me. So, I went at 4:40 and got to the window at the drive through at 5. I forgot my license and so I didn't have a valid ID. The lady told me to just come inside and go straight to the back. And I said they're about to close, but she was just like it's fine! So I parked, ran through the back and she immediately helped me. I felt so bad but the process was really painless and fast. I felt relieved I was able to get it done that day. Ms. Nikita, thank you so much for your generosity and help. She was so nice and accommodating! That really made my day because I've had otherwise bad experiences here.

Horrible treatment from the acting manager. He has no time to answer a question. His reason was he has a million things to do. Chase should train their managers better.

The wait in the lobby is horrible and there are only two REPS available. It’s been over an hour and I’m still waiting .This is ridiculous.

Teller service inside the branch usually isn’t that long of a wait but one of the drive-thru ATMs is always broken. The line on the weekends gets so backed up sometimes cars are in the street waiting. How hard is it to fix an ATM?

After waiting in line behind someone for one person that took 7min. Not to mention 5 other people behind her. The branch manager whom by the way just walked into the building, come to the rest of who had been in line, saying she’s turning off the the atm for repair. And made wait for additional 5min. No consideration for people’s time.

Why you allow business customer with more than 2 deposits to use the drive thru 30 min waiting for one car with more than 10 deposit bag going thru the drive thru . This is unacceptable. Any business customer with more than 2 deposit need to go inside the bank .

I've been here 20-30 mins with only 2-3 people ahead of me. There are only 2 customer service reps here to help customers. There are a total of 8 cubicles. Where are the other workers? This is ridiculous.

There has never been one time that I’ve been here for service and it hasn’t been a long wait. The day artificial intelligence replaces customer service representative Shanice I will be happy.

I came in to a representative at 9:02 a.m. and was not seen until 9:20 a.m., that's unacceptable with 8 cubicles.
