I made 2 appointments and got 2 cold shoulders. I went to another branch a few miles away and I was in and out with what I needed in under 10 minutes. Incompetent and rude.

They have provided me with excellent and timely service. Come prepared, and you will have a pleasant and speedy experience. Branch manager nakia was extremely helpful, understanding and patient. Officer James has also been a great help. Highly recommend this bank.

The Chase Bank on Broad has the worse service. I went there to open a checking account they couldn't help me but they had Three employees in their office doing Nothing. I will never go there again.They say good morning. SMH

This Chase Branch is PATHETIC. There is never not an issue on the rare occasions that I need to use it. Every single external ATM is currently broken and there are lines of cars attempting to use them, wasting their time. It would be nice if this bank branch was managed in the same way branches in more affluent neighborhoods are.

Easily located from moving car. Ample parking with handicapped spaces. Wheelchair entry. ATM drive thru and inside. Appointment needed for services other than teller. Too few tellers for them to engage in lengthy chats while line stretches out the door.

At least one of the three drive through ATMs is *always* broken. They replaced two teller windows inside with two ATMs a few years ago, so with only two tellers now, the lines are *always* incredibly long. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes, if not 45 minutes to an hour... Chase Bank - Keep the drive through ATMs working and put the human tellers back, PLEASE!

Before coming to this location I believed bankers were helpful, nice, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional. When I walked into this branch, i was not greeted. No sign in sheet, understaffed. 4 workers, 2 tellers 1 banker 1 security office. The teller (mid height, mid age, very low gold bush) behaved as if she were an animal, no mannerism at all. The banker (tall slim build, dread locks) came and spoke to me several times about my reason for coming in today. He advised there were a few people ahead of me and the wait would be a over an hour if I wanted to wait. I was okay with waiting. Several minutes later the teller comes and ask everyone if they were waiting to speak with a banker and the told me and my spouse we would have to come back to very rude and unprofessional. She went on to say (still being rude) we will have to schedule an appointment eventhough the banker just advised us he could take us after a hour. I would not go back to this branch and will recommend retaining. Their staff or closing their doors. Very disappointing to have experienced this with a bank I love banking with.

I’m so disgusted and disappointed with this place. The female security guard actually harassed me about having my one year old daughter wear a mask inside. I’m also pregnant and it’s very obvious she made me totally uncomfortable doing business here. The bankers in the back were actually laughing and WATCHING the woman harass me after I had already told her she was only one. Disgusted! Don’t go here.

Long lines that do not move. Have been waiting more then 30 mins. Had 2 clerks and 1 left with this long of a line. Go somewhere else to bank. Every Chase is like this. 0 stars if I could

I waited in line for 15 min for them to tell me they don't have the funds to cash my check??♀️ mind you this was 10am. This is reason 13,456,568 that I don't bank with chase. LIBERTY is a much better bank.Pathetic
