Be aware of this location steals your deposit!! Whenever I go to deposit money, the bank teller gives me a different amount and tries to steal my money. I counted before I went and demanded the manager, then the tellers told me they made a mistake and corrected the deposit amount. This happened to me and many of my friends multiple times. Make sure to count twice before you go to deposit at this location!! can't believe this actually happened and the employees are stealing money from customers. chase needs to take serious action against the employees at this location, they are criminals!!!

This branch is Full of Effective and Efficient Employees. The branch manger, customer service rep and tellers were all terrific. Worked with Trudy, Tamika and Janae to get my Home purchase complete. Thx again Chase!

Rude customer service ever. Racist. Worst attitude. The lady is extremely rude. I feel like she shouldn’t work in any bank and also the bank maybe not training her to be a banker!

I will not go back into this branch. Chase, in general, is difficult to deal with; they seem t feel that they're paying the customer so the customer should jump through hoops to get anything done. The problem was that I gave my contractor several checks for various services he provided. Chase put a hold on these checks and wouldn't release the funds he needed to buy materials to complete the job and tried to withhold the funds for the full ten days, delaying completion of my job. They required me to go to one of their branches with my contractor. I did so and the person identifying herself as the assistant branch manager kept us at a teller window conducting our business in public instead of taking us to a more private location. I provided the requested two forms of identification but she couldn't get me identified. After 15 minutes of this nonsense, I took my credentials back and left. She was rude.

Then, she put her phone down, put her head in her hands as if I was an infant child with colic she was babysitting -- remained in that position for about 10 seconds and then asked me how she could help me. Not a good start. This is the third time I've been in this bank THIS WEEK, disrupting my work day so yeah, I'm not exactly thrilled to talk to you either, ma'am but I can still act like an adult about it. This branch is a joke.

This Branch does a horrible job of keeping enough change in their vault. I have three business accounts with Chase and this location rarely has the amount of change necessary for me to conduct business transactions. I was told that they could only give me two rolls of each. How is two rolls of Quarters, Pennies, Nickles and Dimes supposed to be split between three restaurants?
