Wish I could do no stars. I go to this location because it’s close to my shop, and I drop things off. But when I needed change for the business I work for, they gave me a hard time.

Don’t go here! They steal your money all the time. I’ve gotten rolls of quarters here to find so many nickels in them instead of quarters!

This afternoon on 09/18/2023 from 4:10-4:14, I completed my transaction in the drive thru at this location - The Teller Tatia was courteous and professional.

Do NOT use this ATM!!! I deposited $1380 and this atm crashed and just took my money. Chase wouldn't do anything about it saying that no funds were found!!! Like where did the money go??? Seriously the worst customer service and bank refuses to look into it.

The first time I called THE MANAGER told me they were to busy and she was going to transfer me to the customer service line. Ok cool. I talked to them and they helped me but said I’ll still need to talk with someone at a branch. So I called back and the person who answered the phone was this decision is up to the branch manager and like I can’t help you with that so I asked to speak to the manager. That is when this person said with an attitude I am the branch manager.. NEVER AGAIN. I can’t she still has a job..

We can never get the branch on the phone, it goes directly to the 1800 number. Really horrible customer service. They very easy close down your online banking and then you have to wait on hold for at least an hour if you get through at all. Then be prepared for the gauntlet of vague security information you better promptly give them. Old addresses and phone numbers. It's so horrible, I finally changed to a local FCU and I wish I would have done it much sooner. The customer service at the branch is good but you have to deal way too frequently with the 1800 customer service, which wastes your time and makes you feel like your business really doesn't matter to such a big bank.

The worst customer service imaginable. The woman who answered the phone on 2/18/22 at The Harrison location was rude and disrespectful. refused to answer my one question, hung up on me And then ignored all of my calls afterwards??? Who does that AND WHY? I Was just trying to figure out what info I needed to bring to start an account. Guess we will never know ? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, go to another location if you have to go inside. I still love you chase bank (HARRISON AVE), but not your employees

The way the employees treat people at this location is out of this world horrible, every time we are dealing with personal and business account it ends up not being solved nor lack of incentive to do so, well, a company is only as good as the management. Do yourself a favor and call in instead to Chase customer service, hence that's not existing at this branch.

Within five minutes of meeting our advisor, Gary White Jr, he already failed us. My husband and I attempted to open a joint checking account and his initial questions were why? You have to keep a minimum of 1500 in the account. As our advisor how you say what you say regarding money makes a huge difference. He couldn't even give us the time of day because he incorrectly assumed we didn't make much money to need a third checking account. What a j****

ATM ate $50 of mine and have to go thru a hassle to (hopefully) get it back. Drive thru said they closed at 6 but tellers were refusing to answer at 5:20.

Unless you want your credit score to drop off a cliff, DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE from Chase. After years of mailing in my mortgage payments for my New Orleans Double, I signed up for automatic payments. There was some confusion, and one payment didn't go through. Instead of calling me, Chase IMMEDIATELY posted negative information to credit bureaus, and my credit score took a serious nose dive. The funds were there and the account was brought current right after I found out what was happening by another financial institution (not by Chase). But, my credit score will take months to heal while Chase decides whether they will take this negative information off after years of being paid on time and in advance and not having even tried to call me... Sad...

Online said this branch is open to 1:00; sign on the door said new hours—closing at 12:30. I got there at 12:07 and the branch was closed. Doors locked. Someone did come unlock the door to accept a package from a postal worker, but then locked the door again.

Does Chase Bank Discriminate?! I set up a savings and checking account with Chase online and two days later, could not get into the accounts. When I called, I was told that Chase decided not to open the accounts. Today, I saw that the two $500 transfers I set up after opening the account were showing in the account. I decided to go to a branch in hopes of understanding what was the problem. All I could be told was that Chase was not willing to establish an account with me. No reason given. So, I will continue to ask why and be left to assume discrimination until I get an answer.
