This is the worst experience I’ve ever had going to any store for me to call in advance to ask what time they close to get there 30 minutes before they close to get Reese refuse service and on top of that to get the type of disrespectful attitude from somebody for not wanting to do their job It’s ridiculous I don’t know what type of corporation they’re running or what type of business they like to conduct but I called is completely unprofessional

Got my cartilage pierced and she pierced it through my mask (Which I HAD to wear)! My mask was stuck on the earring! I had to cut my mask to get it off the earring! She tried to get the back of the earring off but couldn’t get it off and it just irritated my ear even more!

Visited the Riverwalk Location on 7.20.19 to grab clear fingernail polish that was on my errand list. Except for another customer browsing, we two were the only ones in the store. We grabbed the polish and headed for the cashier. One employee, with her back to the payment counter, was eating lunch (I feel sure that kind of thing is frowned upon) and the other young lady at the register was apparently trying to figure out that pesky Space/Time Continuum quandry, because it had her full, unfaultering, attention. For minutes, not seconds, we stood there. Me staring at her as though willing her to look at me. Still, nothing. A total of about 3 1/2min we stood awkwardly waiting on some type of recognition, there was none, zero. No "Hi, I'll be right with you", or I'm so sorry, thank you for your patience", nothing. Then "Hi, will this be all? That'll be $6.02." Ok is it lined in gold?!? Really?? Just a word of advice from your future selves ladies, if you're going to justify selling a thimble full of polish for $6, the experience needs to include a friendly greeting and possibly a "We appreciate you/your business, etc.." Otherwise, another stop at Walgreen's for a $.99/bottle of polish will be worth it and customers might feel like that "I can't believe I have to do this/They don't pay me enough" snarl on your face is directed at them.
