Costco has the only pharmacy in town that is actually professional and competent. The location isn't the most convenient for me personally but it's worth going out of my way knowing I'm not going to have to deal with a bunch of drama and attitude just to get a medication refilled.

You don't need a membership to use the pharmacy. Descent prices.

I always love a good Costco! You can never go wrong. Clean, great value, great meat and fish. And the best place to get your Rx

I've used the pharmacy for years. The staff is always helpful and friendly! Never have a long wait and if I walk up with a refill request I can shop and wait for the text alert to let me know its ready.

I do not even know where to begin with the kindness and sincere help I received from Gustavo at Costco in New Orleans. Feeling overwhelmed with the shopping list a contract from WWE provided, a friend mentioned reaching out to Costco after having a great experience there. I called the store and received a manager that told me she would push the message along. Lo and behold Gustavo emailed me immediately and communicated how the process would go. He proceeded to text me over the course of the next few days letting me know what items they did not carry- or were out of. The day of the event, he met me at the door with the items all packed up, a whopping four carts and 2 pallets! He held my hand through the ring up process and even found assistance for loading the rental van. He was there from start to finish and even called me the next day to ensure everything was accounted for. His effort has made me a Costco fan (and Gustavo fan) FOR LIFE. 10 stars from me

Costco has everything. We ate at the food court and got two slices of pizza, two drinks and a churro for under $8 which is insane. Then we went shopping; it was Saturday so it was a bit crowded for maneuvering around but when checking out the line always moves reasonably fast. We wanted to fill up one of our tires but unfortunately the tire section of Costco closed slightly before the store itself so we were unable to.

Costco is Costco. It's hard to say much else. I love Costco. I'm a big fan. The quality is great. They are my go-to for wine since they have the point values for most wines and it helps me pick out what I'd like to try. I get lots of frozen foods and meats from here since you can't beat their value. The $5 Rotisserie chickens are literally sold at a loss (and they are massive). My complaints: It's always crowded. Parking can be a pain in the ass.I'll probably be a Costco member for the rest of my life...

So this was my very first visit to Costco. I have a Sam's membership but after visiting Costco it's basically the same store but I can say Costco appears to have a few more selections when it comes to prepackaged meals which it a hit for moms if a quick fix meal is needed. After shopping we stopped at the cafe and I had to try the oh so popular Chicken Bake....absolutely not. I'm not sure what I expected but it definitely wasn't what I expected. The bread has this kind of cheese baked on top of it which was pretty decent. Now on to the inside -I'm going to be completely honest, I'm not sure what is inside of it. I want to say it's chicken, bacon, some sort of cheese sauce or maybe like an Alfredo. I'm not sure but it's a no for me. I definitely will be back to pick up a few items.

Hubby and I are starting to revamp our 4 Home Gardens after dealing with Hurricane Ida Damage - Upon our arrival on Friday March 31 . Everyone was kind - Especially the front door ; customer service , and cashier . Then our second arrival on Monday April 3 ,2023 there was a horrible encounter with the self checkout person named Adrienne . Adrienne walked up to me and told me to back up that I was too close to another Guest . Well Guess what , I knew her and her basket was in between us . It was no need for Adrienne to tell me anything . I reported her to the Manager Dayna .. What is her problem ? She needs to be retrained or she is just a body on the job . Upon leaving We meet a great young lady name Cat . Cat you are amazing and keep up the great work.

Love Costco!! You can always depend on high quality here. And if you do get anything you really don't like, you can return it.My only complaint is with their food packaging. They seem to be getting a little better... but they need more packaging for one, or at least two...would be fine if each item has multiple of these single serves in one large package. Single people have freezers too! Then my last comment is that Costco could do so much good for the planet if they required their vendors to use minimal plastic in their products!! They have a huge footprint globally and could really make a difference. Gayle P.

Costco has continued to be top notch these past few years! The employees are extremely helpful and kind which makes it such a pleasure to do business with them. There have been a few instances where I was having trouble finding a product I knew they sold but could not locate and they took their time with me to locate the item. It's customer service like this that keeps me coming back. They keep the store very clean and orderly and it's fun to see what new items they have every time I do go. Not to mention it's a great place to shop for gifts especially if you need a few of a little something as a thank you or for a hostess gift. Thank you Costco for continuing to care about your customers!!

When this Costco initially opened, the staff was rushed and rude. Thought this was because of the initial open and would calm down... it only worsened. No one says hello, good day, thank you, or etc. There is no customer service. It has a decent selection, but it appears every employee is having their worst day and all customers are viewed as extreme annoyances. This is not the same for other Costco's across the country, just this one, which is located in a city known for its hospitality. Almost every single reaction, from customer service, renewing Costco membership, to the sampler staff, to the cashier line supervisor, to the cashier, bagging assistant, to the receipt checker. Although the receipt checker did say a half hearted thank you at the end, which was at the bare minimum expectation of customer service: polite. This service level would be expected at a dollar store.
