I got tires from Costco at a different location. I got a flat tire in New Orleans. I called 15 times and sat on hold for over an hour trying to call to get the tire repaired or replaced. I was also at my rotation time. After four hours of trying to call these less than lovely folks, I finally called a "manager". She told me in the rudest way imaginable that I should try pressing the tire extension. Like ma'mm...I have for hours. She said she'd have someone call me back. Fast forward 2 hours... no call. I call back again and ask for the main manager in a less than pleased manner. She told me I need to lower my tone. Then I got irate. I spent 15 calls and hours of my day to get a flat tire repaired in a city I don't live in. 15 calls and hours just to talk to the tire dept. I do not understand how they could not comprehend that people who are stranded need people to answer a phone. McDonald's has better trained managers. Finally got a call back from the tire center telling me it would be 5 days till they could fit me in. That makes the road hazard policy completely useless like their managers and workers. Never met a lazier set of people in my life and I eat fast food. The manager should change careers because that manger couldn't manage a toilet. Go to any other tire shop. I mean even Boudreaux and Thibodeaux hanging with Cooter Brown could run circles around these incompetent oxygen thieves.

While traveling on business in New Orleans I needed my glasses repaired. So I stopped by the Costco Optical Department. Thanks to the courteous and professional service of Brandy Pillars Verdier, my glasses were repaired and cleaned.

I want to thank and compliment Chris in the tire shop. Online I ordered a set of tires for my daughter's car and scheduled their installation. On the day the tires were delivered to the Costco tire shop, Chris called to advise me that I shouldn't install these tires - they are the wrong tires for this climate. I thought I'd ordered tires that provided optimal performance in rain. Chris informed me that these tires were specifically designed for snow/ice, and that they would not perform well (poor traction and high wear rate) in the Louisiana heat. He pointed out several alternate tires for me to consider and he explained how to get a refund on the tires that I'd mistakenly ordered. On his own initiative, Chris saved me from making a costly mistake. He didn't have to do that. Thanks Chris!!

Every tire was over-inflated by several pounds and my brand -specific valve caps were missing. The lubricant used on tire mounting had dripped over my rims. No one thought to clean it up. Very sloppy work.

I travel so often I would go poor if I got souvenirs for my friends and family on every trip, but my boyfriend is nicer than me so he was looking for something New Orleans-esq to bring back home. I suggested Costco since you can usually get a wholesale deal and I was pretty confident they MUST have something appropriate to bring back. We found boxes of Aunt Sally's Pralines, 18 pieces for under $20 per box, compared to those same individual pieces being sold $4.99-5.99 each at the other tourist shops and airport. WHAT A DEAL!! Highly recommended if you are travelling to/from New Orleans and looking for a nice gift to bring to people. While we were there we also browsed around to see how this Costco is unique. I noticed a lot of similar items, but this Costco definitely had a better selection of seafood. Always fun and interesting to check out the local Costcos.

I love Costco. The tire dept is the weakest link. They never answer the phone. Also last week my secretary was trying to buy 3 pieces of jewelry for like $1500. Between the bad attitude of the cashier named ChrisShannon and the bad attitude of the woman at the back desk named Brittany, my friend not only cancelled her jewelry order order she also cancelled 3 memberships

I always love a good Costco! You can never go wrong. Clean, great value, great meat and fish. And the best place to get your Rx

Costco is Costco. It's hard to say much else. I love Costco. I'm a big fan. The quality is great. They are my go-to for wine since they have the point values for most wines and it helps me pick out what I'd like to try. I get lots of frozen foods and meats from here since you can't beat their value. The $5 Rotisserie chickens are literally sold at a loss (and they are massive). My complaints: It's always crowded. Parking can be a pain in the ass.I'll probably be a Costco member for the rest of my life...

So this was my very first visit to Costco. I have a Sam's membership but after visiting Costco it's basically the same store but I can say Costco appears to have a few more selections when it comes to prepackaged meals which it a hit for moms if a quick fix meal is needed. After shopping we stopped at the cafe and I had to try the oh so popular Chicken Bake....absolutely not. I'm not sure what I expected but it definitely wasn't what I expected. The bread has this kind of cheese baked on top of it which was pretty decent. Now on to the inside -I'm going to be completely honest, I'm not sure what is inside of it. I want to say it's chicken, bacon, some sort of cheese sauce or maybe like an Alfredo. I'm not sure but it's a no for me. I definitely will be back to pick up a few items.

Good price, and service. Staff is friendly and professional. Make an appointment for to guaranty same-day service. Only improvement I can say is that they could give you a call when the vehicle is ready for pick up.

Hubby and I are starting to revamp our 4 Home Gardens after dealing with Hurricane Ida Damage - Upon our arrival on Friday March 31 . Everyone was kind - Especially the front door ; customer service , and cashier . Then our second arrival on Monday April 3 ,2023 there was a horrible encounter with the self checkout person named Adrienne . Adrienne walked up to me and told me to back up that I was too close to another Guest . Well Guess what , I knew her and her basket was in between us . It was no need for Adrienne to tell me anything . I reported her to the Manager Dayna .. What is her problem ? She needs to be retrained or she is just a body on the job . Upon leaving We meet a great young lady name Cat . Cat you are amazing and keep up the great work.

Those prices feel great and their selection is wonderful, so that's definitely worth a few stars. I only rate three of them because I got confronted by a rude worker a few days ago. What happened is that I was trying out one of the iMacs they had to sample there, but one man tells me I can't surf the Internet on this computer because it's a "work computer". Firstly, no way is that a work computer if there's no code necessary to get in, and if it was one, it shouldn't be so out in the open where customers can easily access it. Secondly, IF there's any device that you don't want customers touching, maybe add a sign that makes it OBVIOUS that we can't use it. Don't you force customers to know about rules by breaking them! Lastly, whoever the hell kicked me off the iMac, I need you to practice both manners and professionalism. I hope you didn't kick me off because you mistaken me for a random 10-year-old that would do stupid stuff like change the desktop wallpaper to something inappropriate.
