I went in to pay for my wife phone bill because the one right here in gentilly was close to next month they said they'll be open the back so they told me what all I needed a midget you with booze Metro and I see why does that matter I'm coming in to pay my phone bill but she said it with an attitude so but besides that the other people that the other person that was in that I had gave good customer service but that manager that still manage it look like she had a very bad day

My bill started @ $60 for two lines in the Connectivity Program, today my bill is $106 and climbing, Why?Also I was charged a $4 consultation fee,by the representative working @ Cricket to tell me why my bill was fluctuating, is this not a part of his job.I'm not sure, but isn't he being paid by Cricket?The kicker about this is, it's been a mis-representation from the beginning. The phones were supposed to be free.I paid $244. for two phones.And when you need the phones services, the technicians are unfamiliar with the phone. CRICKET SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been with cricket for 10 yrs and never had a problem until yesterday. The employee at the north broad st location was very rude with me and laughed in my face.. She dont know how to talk with the customers. Honestly she don't need a job like that. Nyeisha was the employee that was rude and very disrespectful

Honestly I didn’t have any problems at this location. The Salesman CJ helped with all my needs and problems. The only problem I hate is that the Air Conditioning doesn’t work. There was a better breeze outside vs in this location.

So the sales representative David I believe...was amazing, I went in with my husband to pay a bill. Although the Store manager was rude and dismissive. David was very attentive and actually excited to help us. He was so knowledgeable that we end up purchasing a phone and adding it to the plan. We left happy with 2 phones.The following day the lines were disconnected with a new charge of $15.83 to reactivate them. After being hung up on with no reason of where the charges accumulated from, we decided to return to the store to either return the phone or fix the problem. David, was there ready and willing to help. He was hung up on twice by Cricket Representative and react out to Management who just told him to keep calling. Needless to say he was relentless and did not let us walkout until the matter was taken care of all while multi-tasking with other customers. Well done David

These employees were awesome! I had a brother in New Orleans that lost his phone and needed a new one. They stayed on the phone with me and helped us be able to get him a phone. They were very patient and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
