George (the pharmacy manager) stopped during the middle of his work to greet and guide me to the register. He efficiently got my information and prescription, and then gave me a wonderful surprise at check out. I am without insurance until next month, and there was a coupon available on my rewards account that I was unaware of. He applied it for me and I saved over $80! The entire process took less than 5 minutes from the time I approached the counter to leaving the store. I have never experienced a more superior pharmacy service in my life, and he was truly a blessing. I made the switch to this CVS location a few months ago, and every visit has exceeded my expectations- this was easily the best one yet. Seamless efficiency=customer for life ✅

This was my first time at this CVS and I am debating moving all my prescriptions due to the care and problem solving of Morgan at the pharmacy. #blackgirlmagic. Promote her! I thought it was a a lost cause to get my medicine when I needed it from CVS and she made that happen even with the challenges with our shared goal of getting me feeling better faster!

This has been my main go to pharmacy for almost my entire life. The store is always stocked and clean. The staff is beyond friendly almost always say hello or welcome as I walk in. My only complaint is that occasionally they are out of my medicine in the pharmacy but I think that has more to do with supply and demand than the cvs.

This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy ever. I have no choice but to use them, as my insurance company is owned by them (?) and I can't get prescriptions anywhere else. Today I called re: my BP med being part of the recall. I'm trying to tell the girl on the phone what I'm calling about and she cuts me off and says "we don't have that lot number in stock ". I told her one of the other numbers matched and the script was filled months ago. Then she says they never had that lot number. I told her that she should have said that to begin with and she hung up on me! This is the way you treat your customers? What a lousy management they must have-crappy treatment/"service " comes from the top. If they weren't allowed by management to be this rude, it wouldn't happen. You people suck.

In the age of technology, things are supposed to be a bit more convenient. However, at this particular CVS, the Pharmacy Techs apparently have not gotten the message yet. I gave them my card, date of birth and license. They still pull up the wrong name and information. Not once, not twice but four times!!!!! Then during the entire time they are joking and talking about a customer that has been calling and calling with a concern and no one wants to be bothered with answering the phone!!!! They were actually having this discussion while at least 8 people are waiting for assistance. Then one tech decides to eat her cool ranch chips while typing info into the computer while the others are complaining about needing to make extra money!!! Really? Really? Can you be for real? I am taking my prescription elsewhere.

Don't use CVS for the pharmacy. Mainly my go to for alcohol, beer, and things I forgot to pick up before 11pm. Typically have a good experience here, even though their bleach cleaner selection is lacking and they don't carry oxiclean on a regular basis. I would like to address the fact that THEY NEVER HAVE ANY LA CROIX or they don't have much variety. Went tonight and scored the last 6 pack of la croix in the building (sorry fellow la croix addicts). The supply has been dwindling for like two weeks now. PLEASE ORDER MORE LA CROIX (and more variety) because it is clearly popular amongst your customers. Alrighty.. last straw. After being told two months ago that ROACH spray is a seasonal item... in New Orleans!!!!!... I was skeptical. Came in tonight.. no creole seasoning. In Louisiana !!!!!! Cmon cvs. I'm willing to drive the extra 10 minutes to the 24 hour Walgreens after this. They have tonys, they have la croix (more than one flavor!!), and they have roach spray YEAR ROUND here I am, yet again, to complain about this location's lack of inventory. I work late nights. My stupid self thought that this location would have TORTILLAS at a late hour. Oh. Was I wrong. The only FLOUR items they had were too close to their expiration date. And tortillas were non existent. Wow. Another reason why I'm going to Walgreens from now on. I'm so disappointed. Cvs wants to better than Walgreens?! Step up your inventory! And also maybe think about the regions in which your clientele resides. Roach spray is NOT a seasonal item in NEW ORLEANS.

A truly horrible pharmacy, slow service and frequently without the medications my family is prescribed.

Still coming to this pharmacy because it really is the most convenient for me personally where I currently live. Here is my situation. When Casey is working at the pharmacy it runs like a well-oiled machine. He really is on top of it there. I'm not sure if Casey manages this area when he's on schedule but he somehow makes everything run smoother. When he's not there... I legitimately don't understand how the change can be so night and day but it's just not the same. Also I've unsigned up from the prescription auto-refills multiple times but somehow get signed back up to them and get these texts over and over again when I'm really not ready to pick up these prescriptions again. So odd. On another note, processing prescriptions and waiting never really takes that long if that's an option you have to go with, and I do appreciate the app when I am looking to intentionally refill. Note to CVS: Clone Casey so he can be there all the time. Oh, and you can't buy beer at the pharmacy counter. I'm sure this makes sense but in my NOLA brain, it did not compute. So just an FYI.

This is a prime location open 24 hours which is so great for those late night snack cravings!!! The employees are extremely kind and welcoming and were very helpful when I went in at 6am.

Late one night I was craving goldfish and I thought to myself, "Is Rite Aid open?" Alas, rite aid closed at 9 pm. "is Walgreens open?" Ehh... who cares. Then I remembered CVS, my favorite pharmacy store in New Orleans, that is open for 24 hours catering to my every need, want.... desire. CVS may have some bad reviews, but I will support CVS through thick and thin as they have never wronged me like they've wronged others. I hope others can shed light on the situation and realize CVS is the best place in all of New Orleans.

This CVS is my favorite place in New Orleans. Every hour of the day, every weird snack I want, this CVS is always there for me. I want to be taken on a date here. I love this CVS. They're here for me more than anyone else ever has. Thank you, CVS. I will never forget you.
