Great service amongst a costumer carry with United health care card member as in self. It's my insurance card that helps me with life long Bill's also monthly benefits and I have daily enspencive to budget. This is the most the I was in this CVS 4401 s.clayborn and I am able to purchase groceries with it we as members get 250bucks + you able to get certain things on the card health wise but if been thur this process the clerk yesterday was the works she walked me thru each item individually so we would get all items that I'm able to buy on my u card it was a breeze once we reached all th items. My name is floyd Charles ii and I just want to say in today's world she didn't have to do me the way she she did it made me feel great as a return CVS costumer and I even have again known the item that was reject thur the store system and what's not to put on my UnitedHealth's care Ucard. Thanks CVS cant wait to let my insurance company what items are being scan for purchase and what's not once again thanks my baby she was on point and a smoked joint .thanks aleta yea

This particular location randomly closes an hour early. (9pm instead of 10pm) & never notifies anyone of when or why they are closing early.

This review is specifically for the Minute Clinic.Late last year I realized I needed to get a new tetanus shot. OK let's be real I knew for awhile that mine was out of date, but then I really needed to get it updated.I went online and made an appointment. Showed up and checked in at the kiosk and was back in their little room. I chatted with the nurse on duty. She pulled out a vaccine and I was updated in moments! Easy peasy and they took my health insurance. Just an FYI your tetanus shot is TDaP which is tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis. It takes 3 weeks for the pertussis portion to be fully effective. Just in case you needed to know that.

This particular CVS store closed prior to its stated hours today 9/18/2021. Mind you, this is in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, so I was happy to find any drug store in the city open. I dropped off my prescription in the early afternoon and was told they would be cLosing at 5pm. I arrived shortly before 5 pm to find the doors locked. I made charade-like communications with an employee inside the store to indicate it was not yet 5 pm. This started with gesturing toward my wrist where a watch would be and ended with showing him my cell phone, which by that time indicated 4:59. He simply shrugged. There were about 15 other customers near me with similar issues. Because of this, I was not able to pick up my prescription for a life-preserving medication of which I was completely out. I think this cavalier attitude might be acceptable in an ordinary retail store, but not in a pharmacy.

Sorry there are no negative rating scores-gotta say being that I am from New York I have experienced some rude customer service but never to to this level-the checkout and sales personnel were beyond rude!! I asked if there was anyone else working there since one person was involved in fixing the photo machine ( for an exorbitant amount of time ) and the other was working check out and did I get a mouthful!! She told me that they were the only people working and I would just have to wait-she spoke to me in such a condescending tone and with such disdain you would have thought that I had offended her.I was with my 19 year old son and his girlfriend and were prepared to make a large purchase but I can no longer bring myself to give CVS my business

#ThankYouThursday for CVS' minute clinic. I came here for a flu shot and although their text message reminder was wrong, (time wise), their clinicians were great! I've gotta say that this is one of the best CVS' I've visited in terms of friendliness. I will say, if you ever need a quick clinic visit, CVS is it. It beats making a doctor's appointment waiting weeks to be seen. In addition to that, this store was clean, had employees willing to help and had products I've never seen at other stores. Oh and they do sell a lot of "as seen on tv" stuff too. They are also applying CDC COVID-19 guidelines. No walks-in, all appointments must be made online and the open seating area is almost obsolete. I guess it's understandable since you're not waiting long to be seen. Plus you can always walk around and buythings you didn't come for, like me lol. Pitiful, I know. Again, #thankyouthursday to CVS!

Horrible. I live 2 blocks away and won't use this pharmacy any more. How is there a problem every single time I go to fill a prescription? My insurance hasn't changed.

Had a prescription that was called in by my Dr. Which could not be filled until the 30th because of insurance guidelines. I needed it done before the end of the year as deductible met this year and script is expensive. Stopped in on the 30 th to get it done and of course not ready. I was told to come back in 20 minutes. I asked if I could drive up and get it. The pharmacist assured me I could. I came back in 30 and not ready. I could wait another 20 minutes or come back the next day. No problem it will be ready tomorrow. Apparently there is a hierarchy and if you just walk in you are low in priority. Came back today at 11:30 and was informed that the prescription was not in stock and had to be ordered. It was in but not ready. Pharmacist informed me that she texted me to tell me this. I had not seen the text. Promised it would be ready. Called about 4 pm to check and not ready. At this point I was a little salty and expressed my disappointment. Whoever answered the phone hung up on me. WHAT!?! Just got the text it is ready. After 4 visits to the store. Changing my prescription needs to another location. Will not go back.

Here to use the MINUTE CLINIC... great idea, easy to access but PRICING IS HORRIBLE. HIGHWAY ROBERY. How can they get away with charging $35 to place a TB Skin test and then $30 to read it???? If $65 is the fee to place and read, why not just list $65? I Know why... Because no one would pay that... That's why!!! Hello CVS stop being dubious with your pricing.

Showed up at exactly 6:00 pm (according to time on mobile) and "sorry we are closed". I mean exactly. Then they told me I could transfer my prescription to Prytania. Not what I'd call good customer service.

The pharmacy staff at this location has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. Their lack of professionalism and compassion is shocking and their supervisor should be ashamed of their staff. I won't ever use this pharmacy again even though it's very close to my home. I refuse to be yelled at and given misinformation by people who obviously need to be retrained or fired.
