2 times they messed up the quantity of my prescription and then they acted as if I was trying to get high. I had to call my doctor and insurance to make them check their information. I was out of my auto immune medication for days. They put a full quantity on the bottle but only sent 2 pills. But the quantity said 3 month supply yet in the p2escription they put 2. So if they had checked they'd have seen that they messed up but they refused to do so until my insurance and doctors got involved. Today they was supposed to give me 10 pills. There was only 5. The pharmacist was incredibly rude and said she has evidence. I said I do too. Either she put it in the wrong bottle or she's a liar. They probably taking the meds they stole. I'm reporting this to my insurance to let them know there's too many problems

Received Covid-19 vaccine here (Pfizer, first shot so far). Extremely organized and professional, zero wait, full precautions, all info submitted before visit via CVS app so no paperwork to fill out, couldn't have been any better! A+++ I would have been in and out the door in less than 10 minutes (if it wasn't for having to wait 15-30 min after receiving vaccine to ensure no allergic reaction). Very pleasantly surprised just how extremely well CVS is administering vaccines and I hope I have the same experience when going back for my second shot.

I never received my daughter's cover results and so she had to take another test and miss more days of school.

I own a home in Algiers and decided to pass Walgreens and go to CVS since I hadn't been there in a while and I try to support all of my neighborhood stores... I walked in at 8:50 the older guy who I assume was the Manager only greeted me after I made eye contact and instead of asking if I needed help or anything he decided to state "we close in a few minutes"... My response was "No i don't need help with anything thank you" of course he looked confused... The cashier was pleasant and I told her thank you... I was out of the store in less than 4mins cus I was only going in for a drink and snack... On my way out the door at 8:54 he had already locked it and had to open it to let me out... A car was pulling up and I waited to see if he would let the person in and at 8:55 he had already decided the store was closed... The sign outside says the store closes at 9pm... Never returning to this CVS again...

The manager for this store and one of the night crew members are the best at any Drug Store I've ever been in any area of this city. The managers professionalism and polished way of handling customer who are happy and or angry is excellent. I haven't spent a great deal of time at this location during day time hours, but I can say with certainty the night crew is absolutely amazing at what they do. The normal items you would find at CVS are all here and sales are pretty common as at all locations. If in the area and seeking to avoid Wal-Mart's busy activity and Walgreens parking lot confusion than this is the place to stop.

I really wish they would hire another store manager. The one they currently have is rude and needs some serious training. He constantly opens the store late and has no problem with them closing the store early He opens the store 5 minutes late most mornings and just takes his precious time walking to the door with no regard to people's time in the mornings. Not a single apology for his behavior, no thank you when he hands you your receipt and his employees have a weird vibe when he's around. Get the guy some training please
