The pharmacist and techs are so nice and on top of it! One of them in particular is amazing and even remembers me by name. I don’t even have to bother them about my medication refills, they just let me know when they’re ready and it’s always on time. I’ve been very impressed by their level of care and kindness.

I really appreciate you all for helping getting my prescriptions filled after waiting for the insurance company to approve it. I received my meds within an hour. I don’t see why people are complaining about an hour wait when they sit in fast food lines just as long. Thank you guys so much!!

Terrible customer service. These people go to work to collect a check. I went to the pharmacy drive through at 630 pm, by time the pharmacist came to the phone it turned 6:40 she stated I would have to pick up a prescription the next day because they were closing. Hence NO ONE WAS waiting and they could have filled my prescription. There’s no manager on duty or no phone number to call to make a complaint. I am now switching from cvs to Walgreens where the service is 100% better. The reviews at the location are terrible and they need to just shut down

Can never drop off a prescription and pick it up same day. They do not answer the phone. They are the most unhelpful Pharmacy.

Items were easy to find and self checkout is easy to use. No crowds at this location. But I'm not sure about the pharmacy.

I finally gave up and transferred my stuff to Walgreens, after the 3rd time of them having to order medications for me that they didn’t have in stock. My doc/surgeon was shocked-because these are standard prescriptions. They never have pain meds. Ever. 3 different surgeries and they didn’t have a routinely prescribed medication. They didn’t have my blood-thinner, which they should have had, due to the number of people who need them after surgery and older customers who need them.

Asking questions about medication to Bryan in the pharmacy felt like I was inconveniencing him. It would benefit him to do some self reflection and not perpetuate a system that systematically ignores and demeans vulnerable populations, especially Black people.
