i was told yesterday that i would be contacted once my prescription was ready. that never happened,so i laid in pain til the next day because they were closed around the promised time that it would be filled.i called this afternoon to ask if it was ready and not a single person picked up. i called the front line to see if they were busy,a man picked up and told me no.not only is it frustrating to not get a thorough communication with this location. we went throught the drive thru for a pick up, and ofcourse you can see the workers just standing around on their phone. so we parked and came in and when i physically made it into the store,this evening.the front had a long line and 2 cashiers who were literally just walking around ignoring guests who were in line. i get to the pharmacy,they're ringing up hair products..there's 4 pharmacy techs who were literally all hovering over the hair products being rung up,the guy in the back with the ponytail is on the phone and drinking water.it's unacceptable and disrespectful to even assume that patients who are sick at this time, actually want to come into the store and wait LONGER. i ask if there's a way to switch out pharmacies,they told me i could just ask my medical provider.i got my overdue meds and left. walking out,the same people are STILL in the same line,and the cashiers were still walking around.this is not okay.i needed those meds YESTERDAY,it's abhorrent to even put any guests through that,this could've gone a different way,what if i ended up in the ER??but it made sense looking at the clock, they were killing time to close the pharmacy early.would NOT Recommend this pharmacy at all.

Dropped off my prescription yesterday and was told that i would be called when it was ready. They NEVER called me back. I called this afternoon and NO ONE picked up. We go throught the drive through and see 4 pharmacy techs literally standing around. I needed those meds YESTERDAY. They're ringing up shit like hair products. But no prescriptions. I asked them if there was an option to choose another pharmacy, they told me that i could ask my doctor. Would NOT recommend this place,it's UNACCEPTABLE that anyone who has a prescription and is sick has to come back and deal with the bureaucracy of people literally standing around doing NOTHING when you have a whole ass line of people who just needed some items.

I hate this location and try to avoid it like the plague. You're better off going to Walgreens down the street on st claude. No customer service skills present here. They're always standing around the front gossiping while a line forms at self checkout. Every. Single. Time.

CVS has overgrown bushes and grass, which attracts the neighborhood addicts to hide behind the dumpster. They leave trash and needles, but they also engage in sexual activities during broad daylight. All the trash ends up blowing into the streets and people's yards. When we talk to the managers, they seem to not care. They have no regard for the residential area behind them. Something needs to be done as there are kids that live in the neighborhood and the problem gets worse and worse daily.

The pharmacy often closes early, or is closed outside of posted lunch hours. The store itself has been closed several hours early the last few times I tried to go. An all over frustrating experience

Have a whole cop/security there. And got denied along with 2 other cars that pulled up to enter the store. Store supposedly close at 1:30 am. It’s barely 8pm. They shut down the shutters and claimed they closed early because the crime in the area. WHAT IS THE SECURITY GUARD GETTING PAID FOR. just unconvincing people by having them come here , giving no real reasoning. Looked like a fun chill night for the workers inside. Smiles and no care.

I find it hard to believe that everybody walks out every day. The store is never open, don’t waste your time trying to get a prescription filled here.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT DO COVID TESTING!Do not believe what CVS tells you online, even if they let you sign up for an appointment there.
