Don't show up any time near their closing time. Like an hour before. Because the employees will randomly close the store whenever they feel like rather than the posted hours. It's 9:25 pm.

I have no clue why this CVS has such bad reviews. It’s my favorite to go to - cashiers are always nice and helpful. Store is stocked and clean. The Minute Clinic is great and so is the Pharmacy. The Pharmacy has helped me get coupons for my medication and helped sort out insurance issues I was having on some specialized medicine.Thank y’all for being so awesome. :)

Says they close at 10pm but they will kick you out at 9:45 when they want to go home.

What a horrible neighbor to have in our neighborhood. The shelves are always empty, the beer coolers are locked because the useless security guard can’t be troubled to look up from their cell phone and the employees are rude.

Completely worthless CVS store, If it's listed as a UPS drop off it should be a UPS drop off. Don't bother to stop. Don't come here. It is pointless. Jessica won't help. She's supposedly the store manager and she should realize that that's not her position to say something that someone else said the UPS people and deny the package drop off.

The pharmacy do weird things of not answering the phones, hanging up the phone, lying about when your prescription is going to be ready. The drive up window stay closed for about a year. They would say the phones are broken at the drive up or we don't have enough of help to open the drive up. When entering the premises they allow people selling stuff on the premises and beggars meeting you at the door. Very irritating.

This particular location randomly closes an hour early. (9pm instead of 10pm) & never notifies anyone of when or why they are closing early.

We went to the CVS for walk-in (not drive thru) COVID testing before our cruise and Lisa was wonderful! She called ahead to confirm our appointment and then was able to shift the scheduling to accommodate all four of us at the same time. She was friendly and efficient. Lisa explained how we would get the results throughly and gave us a number to call if there were any issues. The rest of the store was clean and well stocked. We got everything we needed and were in and out quickly.

So every single day there are people outside trying to sign people up for something, and they will not leave you alone. They set up right by the front door, so you can't avoid them, and it's super annoying.I used to go here every day almost, but now I'm going to the Walgreens across the street. Can't take it anymore.

Cashiers are rude and the prices are downright offensive. There is literally a Walgreens across the street. Go there.

This particular CVS store closed prior to its stated hours today 9/18/2021. Mind you, this is in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, so I was happy to find any drug store in the city open. I dropped off my prescription in the early afternoon and was told they would be cLosing at 5pm. I arrived shortly before 5 pm to find the doors locked. I made charade-like communications with an employee inside the store to indicate it was not yet 5 pm. This started with gesturing toward my wrist where a watch would be and ended with showing him my cell phone, which by that time indicated 4:59. He simply shrugged. There were about 15 other customers near me with similar issues. Because of this, I was not able to pick up my prescription for a life-preserving medication of which I was completely out. I think this cavalier attitude might be acceptable in an ordinary retail store, but not in a pharmacy.

After several years of mistreatment at the pharmacy here, I have finally called it quits. I should have years ago. My main problems have stemmed from getting my pet’s prescriptions filled. After years of correcting them, they continued to spell my pet’s name wrong and would regularly take inordinate amounts of time and hassle to even locate a prescription my pet had taken for years. My pet has taken the same pill every day to control seizures. My vet always calls in and requests maximum refills; at some point the pharmacy decided to lower that from 3 to 1 with no rhyme or reason other than to inconvenience the customer. Last time I went to refill, I came about a week early because I was leaving the pet with a friend while I would be out of town. The pharmacy refused to refill because “I should still have more left.” I went home and counted and fortunately had just enough for when I was out of town, but I’m sure if I had been delayed they would have given my friend incredible hassle trying to refill the prescription, and probably wouldn’t have even done it without me there. This medicine is for a dog and doesn’t taste good, so once in awhile the dog will spit it out and the pill will be unusable so you have to give another one. Turns out I was one pill short last time of the “refill date” that the pharmacy, not your doctor, sets. They refused to fill the prescription and the cashier or pharmacy tech would not even let me speak to the actual pharmacist. This pharmacy does not care about its customers’ welfare, let alone that of their pets. It’s incredible that they are so nonchalant about letting an animal potentially suffer for no reason at all. Do yourself a favor and go to a local pharmacy.

Sorry there are no negative rating scores-gotta say being that I am from New York I have experienced some rude customer service but never to to this level-the checkout and sales personnel were beyond rude!! I asked if there was anyone else working there since one person was involved in fixing the photo machine ( for an exorbitant amount of time ) and the other was working check out and did I get a mouthful!! She told me that they were the only people working and I would just have to wait-she spoke to me in such a condescending tone and with such disdain you would have thought that I had offended her. I was with my 19 year old son and his girlfriend and were prepared to make a large purchase but I can no longer bring myself to give CVS my business
