Da Hair Connect 613 blonde quality is horrible. If you need the 613 blonde save your your money. I purchased Da Hair Connect 613 and instantly shading. Plus the hair is very frizzy. The hair do not take well with the flat irons (more shading). If you are going to purchased their hair, the hair store probably have better quality hair. Should I add the service is very unprofessional.

I stopped by to look for a closure, but was completely thrown off by the set up of the store. It is literally a small hair salon (no clients) with a huge desk that holds all the hair. You cannot look at the hair for yourself & the guy selling the hair will not even let you touch it. (probably because Stevie Wonder could see that the hair is of terrible quality) To make matters worse, the owner is rude and unhelpful. Awful salesman. Will never visit again.

The customer service was awesome, but the closure was not. I usually check my hair before purchasing, but I was in a rush for it. My hairstylist who installed it did her best, but kept telling me the closure was no good and once it was installed you could tell. I was so furious especially since I had paid upwards of $250 for the closure and three bundles. I tried to work it, but it can’t be saved. It’s shedding so much I’m going to have to take it out and I haven’t had it a month! The customer service was good, but I wouldn’t recommend their hair to anyone.

My hair finally arrived! Very good quality for the price I paid. I wear my hair colored. The only problem it came in a very dark black, I had a hard time getting the color I want. I will have to re color.

I am pretty disappointed. I have been a customer for 2 years, and absolutely love the hair. The past two times I’ve ordered they have not lived up to their shipment expectations they set on their site. I ordered my hair on 1/29/20. The site states “please allow 5 days for your order to be received.” I just got my hair this afternoon and it is 1/10/20. Nearly two weeks, and I reached out via Facebook messenger and email with no response at all. This is the second time in a row this is happened. Given the nature of this business, I schedule installs based upon the expectations the site had set. I yet to receive any response back. While I love the hair, customer service is everything, and I feel as though they could care less. Unfortunately, I’ll be moving on. Hair is too expensive to be paying, and not provided any updates on delays or even get a simple response back to any correspondence sent. Sad, because it’s a small business and I really do like the hair.
